Up to 200 doctors, nurses, firefighters, prison officers, police officers, forensic scientists and binmen say they have developed serious physical and mental health problems after injections essential for their work over the past 10 years. All have given up their jobs and some are now 60 per cent disabled.
Last night it emerged they are to miss out on payouts, prompting furore among campaigners. More than 150 MPs have lent their support to demands for a better deal for the victims.
Olivia Price, of the Vaccine Victim Support Group, said: “These people have given their lives in the service of looking after others and this is how they’re repaid. They’ve lost their careers and are a burden to their families. It is very degrading.”
Frontline health workers, social workers, prison officers and binmen have to be vaccinated against hepatitis B as a condition of their employment.
This is to protect them from contracting potentially fatal conditions from infected blood through needle injuries or physical assaults.
Although they are not legally forced to have the vaccinations, without them they are not allowed to work.
Experts believe the injections caused the health problems, which include chronic fatigue, muscle pain, weakness and cognitive problems, because illnesses developed soon after vaccination. In one case Steve Robinson, a previously fit 43-year-old father of three, was vaccinated six years ago against hepatitis A, B and polio, tetanus and diphtheria as part of his work as a forensic specialist.
Two days later he became ill and developed muscle weakness and chronic fatigue. Mr Robinson, from Morpeth, Northumberland, is now 60 per cent disabled, which an industrial injuries tribunal put down to the vaccinations.

Healthy children aged under five are to be given the swine flu jab, the Government has confirmed.
Currently people in priority groups – including young children with asthma or diabetes – are being vaccinated.
But the programme will now be rolled out to children with no underlying health issues, aged over six months and under five.
The UK-wide policy was officially confirmed by the Scottish Government today ahead of a similar announcement in England, expected later.
Nicola Sturgeon, the Scottish Health Secretary, said: “I am able to announce today that the next group in the population that will be vaccinated, or offered vaccination, is children aged over six months and under five years.”

It took the strength of two sheriff’s deputies to keep a middle schooler still enough to receive a shot of the swine flu, or H1N1, vaccine at a clinic.
During a regular Wheeling-Ohio County Health Board meeting Tuesday, health department Administrator Howard Gamble told board members about the student’s attempt to flee Wheeling Middle School during a vaccination clinic held there last Friday.
He noted the boy’s mother could not bear to watch the scene and left the gymnasium. Out of apparent fear of receiving the injection, the student ran out of the building. The school’s resource officer, Ohio County Sheriff’s Deputy John Haglock, coaxed the boy back inside. Once at the shot station, however, Haglock apparently needed some help keeping the boy still, and another deputy assisted.
“He tried to run. I looked over and saw two sheriff’s deputies holding a kid down,” Gamble said. “Mom took off, she couldn’t take it. You had one nurse with the needle, two deputies holding him down, one nurse is grabbing his hands – because that’s what they want to do, to go after the needle. And that’s the last thing you want.”
Gamble said as soon as the nurse gave the boy his injection and told him he was done, he hopped up like nothing had happened.
“For the most part they go very easy. As far as the shots, every once in awhile you have to hold down one or two – but that’s why mom is there or dad is there,” Gamble said.
He added after the meeting that Friday’s incident was the only time Ohio County deputies have held a student during a shot.
“They’re mostly there for parking and directions. They also know the kids. … They were our first line of contact when setting up the clinics,” Gamble said.
Neither Sheriff Pat Butler nor Haglock could be reached for comment. A sheriff’s department official said Haglock is on vacation for the next two weeks.
During a clinic Tuesday at Bridge Street Middle School, similar scenes took place – though not quite as dramatic and not involving officers of the law. A couple sets of parents could be seen keeping their children from wiggling away while a nurse quickly administered the vaccine.
Ten-year-old Austin Price, the son of Jennifer and Josh Price, decided to take the shot standing up and with no assistance from his mom or dad. He even smiled for a photograph.
And on a scale of 1-10, how painful was the shot?
A “4,” he answered.
By 7:30 p.m., 391 students from Bridge Street and Elm Grove and Middle Creek elementary schools had been vaccinated. Gamble expected that by the clinic’s end at 8 p.m., more than 400 would have received the inoculation.

‘Poisoning attempt’ charges filed against French H1N1 campaign

In what is being seen as the first of many such actions to come, nine individuals have filed formal charges claiming that the H1N1 campaign is a deliberate attempt to poison the French population.
These charges, which were filed yesterday, could not come at a more inopportune moment for the government and health specialists. The vaccination campaign got underway last Tuesday in a climate of national skepticism as to the vaccine’s safety and efficiency, and this news will surely boost the morale of the increasing number of anti-vaccine lobbyists who are beginning to organize their resistance to any attempt to vaccinate the population against H1N1.
Nine inhabitants of the Isére region of France are cited as joint plaintiffs in the case, including a health sector worker, a teacher and a radio talk show host. They met each other at various public meetings held to denounce the vaccine’s alleged health risks.
The charges take the form of a ‘plainte contre X’ which means that the perpetrator of an alleged crime or felony is not known, or is not named, in the charge sheet. This is a commonly used manner of filing complaints in France, particularly where the charges relate to supposed government implication in alleged breaches of the law. In cases where those trials proceed after prior examination of the facts, the specific persons or organizations concerned are designated and charged as the trial proceeds.
Jean-Pierre Joseph, the plaintiffs’ lawyer, describes the vaccination campaign as “A veritable attempt to poison.” He confirmed that the charges were filed at the High Court in Grenoble before the court’s senior examining magistrate. He said other court cases involving other plaintiffs would begin soon
The various charges filed included one of “Attempting to administer substances…of a nature which could result in death.”
“The aim is to put a stop to what we consider to be an act of poisoning,” according to Joseph. “The interest of this action is that people in France now have a means by which to express their concern as citizens by saying publicly “We are aware that the vaccination campaign is a swindle.”
Similar court actions are planned in other areas of the Isére, as well as in Paris, Pau and Nantes, and several hundred vaccine opponents are beginning to organize themselves on the internet with a view to filing class action charges.
The government and health authorities are currently battling to persuade people to get vaccinated against increasingly difficult odds. Opposition to the campaign has been increasing steadily, and various polls taken over the last few days put the figure for those who do not intend to get vaccinated as high as 70 percent.
Their task is being made even more arduous by the fact that while authorities believe on the one hand that vaccination is essential despite negative public reaction, the French have traditionally proved to be very quick to condemn and file charges in cases where not enough was said to be done to prevent other medical mishaps such as the Mad Cow outbreak and an AIDS contamination case, in which several people died and many more became HIV positive after receiving AIDS-contaminated blood transfusions in hospitals.
That signifies that the authorities have very little room to maneuver and are more or less obliged to continue the campaign in order to avoid similar charges should they decide or be forced to abandon the campaign and high numbers of people die as a result of not being vaccinated.

As European governments forge ahead with mass swine flu vaccination programs, reports out of Hungary and Sweden suggest that some people have died shortly after taking the H1N1 vaccine.
The Budapest Times is reporting that a 64-year-old woman has died just two days after receiving the H1N1 shot.
An autopsy has been scheduled to determine if there is a link between the vaccine and the death of the patient, who suffered from chronic, but mild, heart disease, according to the article.
So far just 4 people have died from swine flu in Hungary.
The country’s H1N1 vaccine is being supplied by local vaccine manufacturer Omninvest. The government there has ordered six million doses cover about 60% of Hungary’s population of 10 million.
Omnivest’s vaccines are egg grown and adjuvanted with aluminum phosphate. The company says that only one dose of their H1N1 vaccine is required. Though they have conducted limited trials with the H1N1 virus, their vaccine, is based on tests with the avian flu strain.
According to the Budapest Times report, Omnivest has threatened to sue over allegations that its swine flu vaccine may be dangerous. However, a leading advisor to the Health Ministry in Hungary, last week suggested that the vaccine is not suitable for small children and pregnant women, in spite of the fact that the shot is being offered to free of charge to those “at risk” groups.
Reports are also emerging out of Sweden that suggest more deaths have occurred.
According to the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, medical experts have said that a man in his fifties died of a suspected heart attack 12 hours after receiving the Pandemrix shot, which is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline.
The newspaper also reported that a 65-year-old women died two days after receiving the jab, she is reported to have suffered from a “muscle condition”.

Health care workers in New York will no longer be forced to get the H1N1 swine flu vaccine, CBS 2 has learned.
A state Supreme Court judge issued a restraining order Friday against the state from enforcing the controversial mandatory vaccination.
The order came as the Public Employees Federation sued to reverse a policy requiring vaccination against the seasonal and swine flu viruses, arguing that state Health Commissioner Richard Daines overstepped his authority.
Three parties – the Public Employees Federaion, New York State United Teachers, and an attorney representing four Albany nurses – challenged the order and for now the vaccination for nurses, doctors, aides, and non-medical staff members who might be in a patient’s room will remain voluntary.
The health department had said the workers must be vaccinated by November 30 or face possible disciplinary action, including dismissal. PEF said it encourages members to get flu vaccinations, but opposes the emergency regulation requiring the vaccine as a condition of employment.
A judge granted a temporary restraining order Friday morning, PEF spokeswoman Debbie Miles said. A court hearing is scheduled for October 30.
New York was the first state in the country to initially mandate flu vaccinations for its health care workers, but many health care workers quickly protested against the ruling. In Hauppauge, workers outside a local clinic screamed “No forced shots!” when the mandate came down at the end of September.
“I don’t even tend to the sick. I am in the nutrition field. They are telling me I must get the shot because I work in a health clinic setting,” said Paula Small, a Women, Infants and Children health care worker.
Small said she would refuse to be vaccinate, worried the vaccine is untested and unproven, leaving her vulnerable. In 1976, there were some deaths associated with a swine flu vaccination.
Registered nurse Frank Mannino, 50, was also angry. He said the state regulation violates his personal freedom and civil rights.
“And now I will lose my job if I don’t take the regular flu shot or the swine flu shot.”
When asked if he’s willing to lose his job, Mannino said, “Absolutely. I will not take it, will not be forced. This is still America.”
The protest also shook Albany. Hundreds of demonstrators demanded freedom of choice. After all, as health care professionals, they argue they’re already constantly washing their hands and aren’t likely to transmit or contract the flu.

“It’s certainly their prerogative to voice their opinion,” said Dr. Susan Donelan of Stony Brook University Hospital.
Donelan said most in the medical community see the benefits and safety of the shots and welcome them, and that hospitals must obey the law.
“Our hospital is committed to following the mandate to have our personnel vaccinated,” she said.
The state said change was needed this year to save lives. Typically only about 45 percent of health care workers take advantage of voluntary flu vaccines.
More than 150 institutional outbreaks of seasonal and H1N1 flu are expected this year in hospitals, nursing homes and hospice centers.

Canadian Health Minister Wants 100% Of Population H1N1 Vaccinated
Goal is to get everyone to take the jab before Christmas

Despite national polls indicating that only one third of Canadians intend to get the H1N1 flu vaccine, a Federal Health Minister says it is the government’s goal to vaccinate 100% of the population.
“My goal is to have 100 per cent of Canadians (vaccinated),” chief public health officer Dr. David Butler-Jones told reporters at the National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg.
The minister stated that the vaccine will be rolled out in the first week of November, with the goal of vaccinating everyone by the end of December.
“No step is going to be skipped,” the health minister pledged. Once the vaccine is approved, it will be shipped to the provinces and territories and local health authorities will operate immunization programs.”
Butler-Jones made the statement at a press gathering to announce a funding boost for swine flu research from the federal government in the shape of $2.4 million.
“At the end of the day, it is an individual choice,” he said. “(But) if you don’t want H1N1, get the vaccine.” Butler-Jones urged.
“We’re very fortunate as Canadians to be able to have that choice.” he added
Last week a new Canadian Press Harris-Decima poll indicated that only a third of people in Canada intend to take the shot. That figure is down from 45% in a similar poll conducted in August.
Only 11 per cent of respondents described themselves as very concerned about H1N1.
Butler-Jones scolded a portion of Canadian health workers who have also indicated that they do not intend to get vaccinated:
“Doctors and nurses are not immortal, as much as we might think we are,” he said. “And, unfortunately, if we’re not immunized, and we have influenza, we’ll take it into the nursing home and hospital and, potentially, we’ll kill our patients.”
The concerns of Canadian doctors and Health Workers have been proven justified by a study led by Dr Danuta Skowronski of the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control and Dr Gaston De Serres of Laval University, Quebec. The study found that seasonal flu jabs could double the risk of developing swine flu.
The World Health Organisation has dismissed the research as inconclusive, however some provincial and territorial public health authorities in Canada, including those in Ontario, have expressed great concern, leading to threats to delay or cancel mass vaccination programs.
Canada is to use the adjuvanted GlaxoSmithKline H1N1 vaccine Pandemrix, which contains both squalene and thimerosal, which have been linked with neurological side effects.
Pandemrix has also been “fast tracked” based on research only using “mock up” bird flu vaccines dating from 2007 and 2008.
The Canadian government, like those of the US and the UK, has agreed to protect the producer of it’s H1N1 vaccine from lawsuits over potential side effects.
The majority of cases of swine flu in Canada have turned out to be mild, with the virus having been linked to 79 deaths. The seasonal flu usually kills around 2000 people per year in Canada.
On Wednesday Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper appeared to hedge when asked if he and his family would get vaccinated.

A Kansas City clinic has set a disturbing precedent by kicking out a two-year old boy because his mother had failed to follow childhood vaccinations schedule guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Priority Care Pediatrics told Angela Andrews to leave their clinic with her son Elijah because of a new immunization policy.
“If we’re not going to get him on the CDC schedule, they’re not going to treat us,” Andrews told KMBC news.
Andrews told the CNN affiliate network that her son was behind on shots because she was concerned that levels of aluminum contained within the vaccines would damage his health.
“I’m not the expert by any means, but I’m the expert when it comes to my son. He was sick a lot when he was younger. He was more susceptible to flu and colds. I just didn’t feel like vaccines were safe until he was hardier,” Andrews said.

The clinic has stated that it will not tolerate non-vaccination because it leaves other children at risk, logic that doesn’t quite add up because if they have been vaccinated they should be protected.
The clinic’s policy sets a dangerous precedent whereby parental choice over whether to vaccinate their children or not becomes irrelevant, given the threat to withdraw healthcare altogether.
Besides certain laws that apply only to government medical specialists – there is no law that enforces the mandatory use of any vaccine in the United States. Waiver forms for personal or religious exemptions are freely available. Enforced medical treatment is an assault and a violation of the 14th amendment.
Concerned parents across the U.S. are leading a nationwide revolt against unnecessary, untested and dangerous vaccines as CDC records show a growing amount of religious exemptions on vaccine forms.
Perhaps as a result of this growing mistrust, some lawmakers seem determined to ignore the Constitution and to make mandatory all vaccinations recommended by the CDC for all children, including infants and toddlers.
More recently, large Pharmaceutical companies, unable to sell the “benefits” of vaccinations to make enough profit out of them, have increasingly turned to state legislatures and attempted to pay off Governors and other officials to curry favor and force young children to take vaccines such as the flu shot and the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.
However, big pharma has faced a fierce backlash from concerned parents and religious organizations.
With the advent of the H1N1 “pandemic”, and the media hype surrounding it, it is expected that more and more clinics and schools will begin to institute similar unconstitutional policies to that of Priority Care Pediatrics in Kansas.

Doctors and hospitals are expressing concern that the FluMist vaccine could endanger people because it contains live H1N1 virus, unlike the injectable shot that contains antibodies. With no less than 60 per cent of the U.S. population immunodeficient in one way or another, could FluMist be a pandemic waiting to happen?
Hospitals in Colorado and elsewhere are shunning the FluMist H1N1 vaccine, a nasal spray that contains live swine flu virus, because of fears it could infect people with weakened immune systems and underlying health conditions.
“Several metro area hospitals said they won’t be taking the FluMist because they don’t want to endanger patients,” reports TheDenverChannel.com.
Lois VanFleet, infection prevention specialist at Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette, expressed concern that doctors and nurses who inhaled the live virus could infect patients whose immune systems are compromised.
However, H1N1 FluMist is being rolled out nationwide from this week, including at “drive-through clinics” across the country where the nasal spray is administered while people sit in their cars with their window wide open (see top picture).
The live virus contained in the nasal spray is weakened but it can be transmitted from person to person for up to three weeks.
According to studies, “the odds of transmitting the virus after receiving the nasal spray are about 2.5 percent,” with children the most susceptible.
The nasal spray is being rolled out on a mass scale before the widespread introduction of the injectable vaccine. Some fear that the nasal spray will contribute to a wider pandemic, which will then provide governments with the crisis they need to make the injectable vaccine mandatory.
“This would accelerate the move to a state of emergency, cripple the US health care system, and would result in the “need” to have military, eventually UN troops, take control,” notes TheFluCase.com.
“Also, all public assemblies, including courts, would be prohibited, thereby satisfying a condition for the imposition of martial law, mass quarantines, and forced vaccinations for the rest of us.”
According to the Mayo Clinic, the swine flu scandal of 1976, when more people died from the vaccine than the actual virus, was what caused the live virus to be removed from future vaccines. However, it is admitted that FluMist contains the live virus.
“It has been documented that the live viruses from the vaccine can be shed (and potentially spread into the community) from recipient children for up to 21 days, and even longer from adults. Viral shedding also puts breastfeeding infants at risk if the mother has been given FluMist,” writes Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, one of the most outspoken physicians in the country on the hazards of vaccines and vaccination.
FluMist’s own package insert reads as follows, “FluMist® recipients should avoid close contact with immunocompromised individuals for at least 21 days.”
“The warning is specifically directed toward those living in the same household with an immunocompromised person, but the on-going release of live viruses throughout the community may be a significant risk to everyone who has a weak, or weakened, immune system,” writes Tenpenny, pointing out that if one takes into account a plethora of health conditions that could be classified as contributing to immunodeficiency, as much as 60% of the entire population could be considered to be “chemically immunosuppressed.”
“An ever greater concern about FluMist is the contents within the vaccine. Each 0.5ml of the formula contains 10 6.5-7.5 particles of live, attenuated influenza virus. That means that between 10 million and 100 million viral particles will be forcefully injected into the nostrils when administered. The viral strain was developed by serial passage through “specific pathogen-free primary chick kidney cells” and then grown in “specific pathogen-free eggs.” That means that the culture media was free of pathogens that were specifically tested for, but not a culture that was necessarily “pathogen-free.” The risk that the vaccine may contain contaminant avian retroviruses still remains,” warns Tenpenny.
One of the pharmaceutical companies developing nasal spray vaccines is Baxter International, who were caught earlier this year releasing batches of vaccines from a lab in Austria that were contaminated live bird flu virus, otherwise known as H5N1.

Editor: How long before getting the flu shot before you travel is mandatory? No shot, no fly.
SACRAMENTO, CA – Starting Friday morning, flu shots are available at Sacramento International Airport. An airport spokesperson says it’s a service aimed at the the busy traveler and it’s another way for the airport to try to stay flu-free.
The airport will provide flu, pneumonia, and tetanus shots in Terminal A. The vaccinations will be available in Terminal B on Wednesday, October 7. The flu and pneumonia shots cost $30 and the tetanus shots cost $35.
Passengers can get a shot either before they board a flight or after they land. Some travelers think it’s a good idea.
“There’s no reason that I wouldn’t do it,” said traveler Steve Chalkins. “I think it’s a good service for people.”
“I think it’s a wonderful idea because you have people coming in from all over the country with different germs and it would protect some of us,” said traveler Maxine Fields.

Harvard Survey: Only 1/3 Of Americans Believe Swine Flu Vaccines Are Safe

A survey conducted by Harvard University has found that only one third of adults trust the safety of the imminently available H1N1 vaccine.
Just 40% of respondents said they would take the swine flu shot in the poll carried out by Harvard Opinion Research Program at Harvard School of Public Health.
The study, funded under a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, also found that respondents were worried about side effects or not concerned about catching the flu at all.
44% of respondents who were parents said they were unsure over getting their children vaccinated against H1N1, with 21% of those parents saying they absolutely will not allow their kids to be vaccinated.
Parents said that they were concerned about their children getting other illnesses from the vaccine and that they do not trust public health officials to tell them about vaccine safety.
The results show a great public distrust in the vaccine with just one third (33%) of the public viewing the H1N1 vaccine as very safe “generally for most people to take”. Even less (18%) believe it is safe for children aged 6 months to 2 years, and only 13% feel it is safe for pregnant women.
Almost one third (31%) of respondents think that public health officials’ concerns over H1N1 flu have been overblown.
Of the 40% of adults who said they would not take the shot, the majority said they may reconsider if people begin dying from the virus en mass.
The survey was conducted with a broad representative national sample of 1042 adults aged 18 and over.
The survey dovetails with a similar poll from Consumer Reports, one of the top-ten-circulation magazines in the country, that found almost two thirds of Americans would either refuse the vaccine outright or wait for more information before considering vaccinating their children.
As we have previously reported, both the GlaxoSmithKilne and the Novartis H1N1 vaccines contain both the novel adjuvant squalene, which has been linked to Gulf War Syndrome, and thimerosal, the mercury based preservative that some scientists have testified can cause brain disorders.
The vaccines have been rushed through safety procedures while the government has provided pharmaceutical companies with blanket immunity from lawsuits arriving out of the vaccine causing deaths and injuries.
In related news, more hospitals are demanding that workers be mandated to take the H1N1 shot, while Sacramento International Airport is to offer vaccinations in its terminals in a precedent setting move that critics have described as concerning.

Here’s the scene from some dark, present-day action movie: David Balfour breathed hard. He could hear the thumping of heavy boots outside his door, down the hall, mixed with the muffled grunts of military men. He had known they would come. It was obvious from the moment he refused the VaxTrax bracelet at the county clinic. They said it would keep him safe because they could pinpoint his location if he ever suffered a heart attack or an accident. As a bonus, his entire medical history was also imprinted in the RFID chip, so even if he was found unconscious, they could determine his medical status and start treatment right away.
But he had refused on the spot. David didn’t want to be tracked. So he walked away from the clinic, without the vaccine and without the bracelet.
That was stupid, he now realized. They had apparently tracked him anyway… somehow… and now they were at his door, and their fists pounded loudly.
“Boston Police! Open up!”
He glanced at the window behind him. Too late to plan an escape route. Maybe he should have thought of that earlier, but no, fleeing out the window was the stuff of Hollywood fiction, not here-and-now reality in Boston, Massachusetts.
“Mr. Balfour!” the police shouted. “You have ten seconds to open this door, or we are coming in.”
They weren’t bluffing. Pretending he wasn’t home clearly wouldn’t work. Maybe he could talk his way out of it. “I’ve broken no law!” he screamed back at the door.
“Mr. Balfour,” came the voice in authoritative tones, “You have refused to wear the VaxTrax bracelet as mandated by the National Pandemic Protection Act, and as we cannot determine your vaccination status, you are considered a danger to the people of this city.”
“You have five seconds.”
There was no way to fight this, he realized. So David stood, reached out to the door and began to slide the locking mechanism open…
BAM! The door burst open, striking David across the chest and forehead, flinging him backwards, stumbling, then collapsing with a gasp onto the living room floor. A mass of armored military men swarmed into the room, grabbed his wrists and forced his hands behind his back to be painfully handcuffed. He tried to scream but discovered himself too disoriented to find his voice. All he could do was hurt.
The scramble was over in seconds. He found himself face down, nose buried into the patterns of his living room rug, half conscious, with a hard knee pressed sharply into his kidney. There was a pause.
Then he heard footsteps… not those of military boots, but the soft shuffling of worn walking shoes. This was someone different, someone more… civilian.
“I’m doctor Argosy,” a voice hummed above and behind him. “Mr. Balfour, you are now going to receive an FDA-approved H1N1 vaccination and be fitted with a VaxTrax bracelet. Please remain calm.”
So this is what it has come to, he thought. Face down on the floor of his own home, a squad of vaccine enforcers standing on his back, a pair of handcuffs, a shattered front door, a probable black eye and a doctor, hidden from view, about to inject him with something he knew couldn’t possibly be safe.
The vaccine shot itself was painless and quick. Maybe it was the adrenaline, he thought, that masked the pain. He felt the cold plastic of a tracking bracelet being zipped around his wrist, then the handcuffs slid away and the pressure in his back released. “There, Mr. Balfour. You’re all set,” said the voice of the doctor. “Have a nice day.”
Before leaving, one of the police officers leaned close to him, almost whispering in his ear, “And don’t try to take off your VaxTrax, or we’ll know, and we’ll have to come back here.”
They marched out almost as quickly as they had entered, stomping down the hall for a few moments, and then the sounds paused. A pounding on another door broke the silence. David heard them shouting through the door of his neighbor’s apartment. “Mrs. Henderson, open up. This is the Boston Police!”…
This may not be fiction for very long
The above fictional account may not remain fiction for long. Late last year, the city of Boston began fitting vaccine recipients with RFID tracking bracelets, allowing health authorities to visually track the vaccine status of city residents on a large digital map. This map shows the location and status of anyone wearing an RFID tracking bracelet, thereby revealing areas of the city where vaccination rates are low, too.
By identifying these “low vaccination” areas, city officials could roll in with mobile vaccination units and law enforcement personnel, then march door to door, vaccinating and tagging residents either voluntarily or at gunpoint, depending on the circumstances. It’s all perfectly legal, by the way, under Massachusetts laws that are being put in place right now to handle the expected swine flu pandemic.
This RFID vaccine tracking technology isn’t fiction. It exists right now and was reported by the Boston Globe (http://www.boston.com/news/local/ma…) which revealed that vaccine-tracking bracelet trials were in place nearly a year ago.
“Several hundred people are expected to queue up for immunizations at the headquarters of the Boston Public Health Commission,” the Boston Globe reports. “Each of them will get a bracelet printed with a unique identifier code. Information about the vaccine’s recipients, and the shot, will be entered into handheld devices similar to those used by delivery truck drivers.”
This effort, says the Boston Globe, is “aimed at eventually creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination. The resulting vaccination map would allow swift intervention in neighborhoods left vulnerable to the fast-moving respiratory illness.”
This is an open admission that the kind of scenario depicted in the fictional snapshot at the top of this article could potentially become reality. “Swift intervention” means “rapid-fire vaccinations.” And people who resist those vaccines aren’t going to have much of an opportunity to say no.
The worse the pandemic gets, the more aggressive these actions will become.
If people start dying from the pandemic in larger numbers, the “vaccine squads” are likely to be out in full force, injecting victims at road checkpoints and possibly even in their own homes via door-to-door sweeps. People who refuse to be vaccinated can be legally arrested and detailed by authorities, and to use the exact terms that are about to be passed into law in Mass., they can be “involuntarily transported” to a quarantine camp. Almost sounds like fun, huh? A free ride, free food, free showers… oh yeah, and a free vaccine shot, too, courtesy of the state.

Your papers, please
Beyond the RFID tracking technology, there’s another disturbing development you need to be aware of: Law enforcement all over the country are now reportedly being briefed about the possibility of “vaccine checkpoints.” These could be set up on key roads and highways, and people passing through those checkpoints will have to prove they have been vaccinated or they may face being arrested and “involuntarily transported” to a quarantine camp.
Of course, it might not take much documentation to get past the checkpoints. There’s no formalized vaccine ID card that exists yet, so a letter from your doctor (or some reasonably believable rendition of such) will likely be sufficient, unless they actually mandate vaccine tracking bracelets for everyone (but even that would take years to implement simply due to the manufacturing and distribution logistics).
I’m also not too sure that the masses of American sheeple will be willing to wear RFID bracelets that report their real-time positions to the U.S. government. It’s just a little too close to being barcoded like a Jewish prisoner in a Nazi concentration camp. People generally don’t like that.
Then again, as the Boston Globe reported in 2008, hundreds of Bostonians actually lined up and volunteered to wear these bracelets, even knowing they would be tracked in real time by their own government. This is disturbing evidence that lots of people just can’t wait to be medically enslaved by the state. Some will actually raise their hands and line up for the opportunity!
On the other end of the spectrum, there are a whole lot of people who will refuse to be medically enslaved by the state. Known as “refuseniks,” these are the people like you and me who choose not to be injected with some hastily-approved chemical cocktail that’s never been long-term tested on anyone. Let the volunteers be the guinea pigs, if they’re really that anxious to get injected. The rest of us will take care of our own immune systems through more natural methods, thank you very much.
Action items: What to do
Here’s the word for those who wish to avoid problems at vaccine checkpoints: Acquire some “proof” of vaccination as soon as possible after the vaccinations begin. And keep it with you at all times.
I’m not actually suggesting you get vaccinated just to get the paperwork, by the way. In fact, there’s a chance you’re already immune to H1N1. You may already have antibodies for the virus, meaning you’ve been “naturally vaccinated” even without a shot. (http://www.naturalnews.com/027037_s…)
Your healthy immune system, you see, will create its own built-in vaccine upon exposure to the pandemic virus, and within a few days after being exposed, you will generate your own H1N1 antibodies, just like all the other people who were vaccinated. Except your antibodies will be even stronger than theirs, because you were exposed to a live virus, while they were only exposed to a weakened one (via the vaccine). So in effect, you will be far better vaccinated against H1N1 than the people who got the vaccine shots!
Even without the vaccine, H1N1 swine flu is no more fatal than a regular seasonal flu, and why should anybody have to prove they’ve been vaccinated against a flu that’s so mild it only kills roughly 1 out of 100,000 people who get infected?
Do you realize that if a pharmaceutical being tested in clinical trials killed the same percentage of people as the swine flu virus, it would be declared astonishingly SAFE by the FDA? The swine flu, as currently circulating, isn’t dangerous. It’s the vaccines that pose the greater risk to your health, in my view. Only time will tell how many people the vaccines end up killing, of course.
Are nasal vaccines safer?
Should you, for some reason, wish to actually get a vaccine in order to acquire vaccine documentation, I recommend nasal vaccines over injected vaccines. They’re inherently safer, in my view, because the nose is one of the natural pathways through which viruses enter your body anyway (as opposed to a hole in your arm). Nasal vaccines don’t contain thimerosal, either.
The FluMist nasal vaccine, just so you know, contains “Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine,” meaning it is made out of live viruses (http://www.cdc.gov/FLU/about/qa/nas…). But your uncle Charlie probably also contains live influenza, so this isn’t anything to be too worried about. If you plan to get lots of rest, have strong immune system support, get lots of vitamin D and spend a few days recuperating with little or no stress, your chances of being harmed by the nasal vaccine are virtually nil, unless you’re obese and suffer from a preexisting respiratory condition or immune system problem, in which case you shouldn’t be receiving a nasal vaccine in the first place.
If you actually do get a vaccine, hold on to the paperwork. That’s what will get you through the vaccine checkpoints, if they are indeed put into play. In reality, there are likely to be hundreds of different documents showing “proof” of vaccination, so anything that looks even remotely convincing will probably get you through. What the checkpoint police will really be looking for are people who are completely clueless and haven’t gone through the trouble to come up with any paperwork at all. Those are the ones likely to be injected or detained.
Dealing with a mandatory RFID bracelet
So what happens if everybody is required to wear RFID bracelets that track their whereabouts and vaccination status?
I think this is highly unlikely in the short term, as there probably aren’t enough bracelets to go around (unless huge truckloads of bracelets have been secretly manufactured and stored somewhere, which seems really unlikely). But I wouldn’t put it past these people in the medium term: This is the perfect way to enslave the population under some medical pretext. Some percentage of the population will even line up and volunteer to be outfitted with such devices.
If such bracelets do get forced upon the population, within a few days you’ll start to see websites appearing on the ‘net with instructions for hacking or disabling your bracelet. Since those websites don’t exist yet, I can’t point you to them, but it’s a fairly easy Google search on the term “disable RFID.” That search will pull up sites like this one: http://blog.makezine.com/archive/20…
And that website advises the following:
“The last (and most covert) method for destroying a RFID tag is to hit it with a hammer. Just pick up any ordinary hammer and give the chip a few swift hard whacks. This will destroy the chip, and leave no evidence that the tag has been tampered with. This method is suitable for destroying the tags in passports, because there will be no proof that you intentionally destroyed the chip.”
Obviously, don’t hit the bracelet with a hammer if you are still wearing it, or the RFID chip won’t be the only thing you’ll disable. Anyone who fails this intelligence test should probably just put the bracelet back on and hopelessly do what they’re told.
Don’t worry about being caught with a “failed” chip. Chip failures will be common, so the authorities will be used to the idea that a lot of bracelets just don’t work correctly. If they ask why yours isn’t working, just shrug and say, “Dunno. I thought it was working fine. Maybe it got bumped or something…”
Don’t freak out over this
So is this RFID tracking bracelet a sign of things to come? Possibly. They’re clearly experimenting with the technology not only to see how well the tech works, but more importantly to get some answers on the psychology: Will people accept tracking bracelets? Will they feel protected, or enslaved? Will they try to remove or disable the bracelets?
For now, I’m not aware of any serious talk of tracking bracelets being made mandatory, nor is there even any real chatter about making swine flu vaccinations mandatory for the public at large (although certain professionals such as day care workers and hospital staffers are being told to get vaccinated or lose their jobs…). But all this could change almost overnight. One mutation of H1N1 could rewrite the entire play book on this by increasing the fatality rate of the infection. From there, it would be a simple matter for vaccination mandates to be swiftly put into place, and mandatory tracking bracelets could soon follow.
Let’s hope that scenario doesn’t unfold. I know there are many good law enforcement professionals out there who would never go along with such a Nazi-inspired medical enslavement scheme, but sadly there are more than enough who will be willing to follow orders and carry through with whatever they’re told to do. Let us hope our law enforcement community is never forced to make that decision.
If things get worse, however, be prepared to produce your vaccination documentation (”papers, please”) at roadblocks and checkpoints. And make sure you dutifully wear your vaccination RFID tracking bracelet, too, even if you’ve hammered the RFID chip into scrap.

A daycare worker employed by Northeast Health in Albany New York was shocked to be told by her boss that she would be fired if she refused to take a seasonal swine flu shot on the spot. Similar stories have been pouring in to us from all over the country as fears that the upcoming H1N1 shot will also be mandatory continue to grow.
The case emphasizes why President Obama’s claim that the swine flu shot will be voluntary is completely deceptive and misleading. Americans across the country, even those not directly connected with health care work, are being ordered to take the mandated seasonal and swine flu shots or lose their jobs.
The story of what happened to the daycare worker, who would like to go by the pseudonym “Clare,” was sent to us by her sister who also provided Clare’s real name and the full name of the facility she is employed with.
Clare works in a daycare center which is affiliated with the local hospital but in a completely separate building. It was reported earlier this month that all hospital workers in the entire region would be forced to take the seasonal flu shot or lose their jobs and that the vaccine would become a condition of employment.
“On the Tuesday morning following the Labor Day weekend (Sept 8th), the director of the daycare of Northeast Health announced to employees on the spot (without a meeting, memo or discussion) that everyone had to go get a flu shot immediately and staff would be rotated so that everyone would be inoculated by the end of the day,” writes Clare’s sister.
“Clare said “I don’t get flu shots” and was told “well then you’ll be fired.”
The director told Clare that the H1N1 shot would also be mandated in the same way when it becomes available. When Clare warned the director that the swine flu shot contained mercury, squalene and other dangerous additives, the director told her that regardless of her objections, if she refused to be vaccinated she would be suspended from November 13th and then formally fired on November 30th.
“Clare asked how she can be fired for something that was not a condition of her employment when she was hired? She was told it was not Northeast Health’s policy, it was the director of the New York State Department of Health who made the shot mandatory,” writes her sister.

On today’s show, Alex called for hospital workers and others associated with the health care industry to come forward and provide documentation on corporations demanding that employees receive the toxic seasonal flu vaccination or lose their jobs.

In the meantime, as an example of how mandatory vaccinations are spreading, consider the document here issued by HCA, the Home Care Association of New York State.
The memo here, dated August 21, 2009, indicates that all “home health direct care workers, among others, [are] to be vaccinated against influenza as a precondition to employment and on an annual basis.” The directive was issued by the New York State Department of Health.
The New York State Department of Health expects health care employees to receive both the seasonal and the coming H1N1 vaccines.
The CDC has released a hierarchical list of “groups targeted” for vaccination. Pregnant women, “household contacts and caregivers for children younger than 6 months of age,” healthcare and emergency medical services personnel, and all people from 6 months through 24 years of age are “targeted” for vaccination.
At present, only health care personnel are required to take the toxic shot at risk of losing their employment. “The committee believes that once the demand for the vaccine for these prioritized groups has been made, that programs and providers should begin to vaccinate everyone from the age of 25 through 64 years,” the memo states.
How long before other workers directly in contact with the public will be required by the state and employers to take seasonal and H1N1 vaccinations? Will daycare employees and the counter jockey at the local Quick Pic be required to pony up for their squalene and mercury injection?

France To Use Swine Flu ‘Threat’ To Gut Liberties

In case of a swine flu pandemic the French government has a plan to introduce emergency measures that would gut legal protections for citizens, the daily Liberation reported Tuesday.
According to documents provided to the daily by a judges’ union, the plan would extend the period police can keep a suspect in detention without charge or a hearing before a judge to up to six months.
Suspects would also not be able to contact a lawyer until after spending 24 hours in custody.
Under the plan children could be tried in adult courts and more trials held behind closed doors.
The Syndicat de la Magistrature called the measures “revolting” and said they would amount to “liberticide,” and called on Justice Minister Michele Alliot-Marie to abandon the plan.
This news comes on the back of last week’s revelations that the French government plans to impose a mass swine flu vaccination program on the entire population.
According to a leaked internal document singed by the French Health Minister and the Minister of the Interior, the program would be focused around regional vaccination centers and would be carried out by H1N1 injection teams, completely bypassing medical establishments and GP’s.
According to the document, schoolchildren will also be vaccinated by mobile injection squads who will travel from school to school, covering the entire country. Babies from 6 months old will also be given the shot.
To date just fifteen people have died of swine flu related complications in France.

The corporate media is ignoring S. 2028, the flu pandemic bill that was unanimously passed by the Massachusetts Senate. The draconian bill was covered extensively by the alternative news sites, but not a word from the New York Times or the Washington Post.
S. 2028 will be used as a template for legislation in other states. The bill imposes a virtual police state and martial law on Massachusetts at the behest of the governor in the event of a flu pandemic this autumn. It gives the state health commissioner, law enforcement, and medical personnel wide authority to mobilize forces, vaccinate the population, enter private property with no warrants, and even quarantine people against their will in violation of the Constitution. The bill allows the state to enter property without a search warrant and destroy the property without a court order. It would force in-state health care providers to assist in the performance of vaccination.
Law enforcement authorities are authorized to “arrest without warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order for isolation or quarantine and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. Any person who knowingly violates an order for isolation or quarantine shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than 30 days and may be subject to a civil fine of not more than $1,000 per day that the violation continues.”
Other states are in the process of implementing legal actions in response to the H1N1 virus hyped by the government and the corporate media. Florida has distributed blank quarantine order forms, including a voluntary home quarantine agreement, a quarantine to residence order, a quarantine to residence order (non-compliance), a quarantine to facility order, quarantine detention order, quarantine of facility order, building quarantine closure order and area quarantine closure order. North Carolina released a draft isolation order that would provide for imprisonment for up to two years and pretrial detention without bail for any citizen who fails to comply with an isolation order. Washington has granted authority to local health officers to issue emergency detention orders forcing citizens to be immediately and involuntarily isolated or quarantined for up to 10 days.
A form released by the state of Iowa for voluntary home confinement, home quarantine and home isolation recently made the rounds on the internet. “Rumors started swirling after a quarantine form was found by someone on the internet,” KIMT 3 reported. “Health leaders in Iowa are reassuring people that there are no H1N1 related quarantines being ordered.” The form calls quarantine of all individuals suspected of coming in contact with the virus.
S.2028 is now in Massachusetts House Ways and Means Committee. The Liberty Preservation Association of Massachusetts has vowed to kill the legislation before it can reach the House (see MassLPA video above). The organization plans to lobby lawmakers at the capital on Beacon Hill on September 9 and convince them not to vote for and pass the bill.

H1N1 vaccination to be required for US military

Vaccination against the pandemic H1N1 influenza will be required for all uniformed US military personnel, with the immunizations starting in early October, the Department of Defense (DoD) announced yesterday.
In a news release, Army Lt. Col. Wayne Hachey, the department’s director of preventive medicine, said vaccination will be mandatory for uniformed personnel and will be available to all military family members who want it.
DoD expects to receive 1 million doses of the vaccine in early October and another 1.7 million doses later in the month, the release said.
First in line for the vaccine will be healthcare workers, deploying troops, those serving on ships and submarines, and new recruits, according to DoD.
“Any place where we take a lot of people, squash them all together and get them nice and close and put them under stressful conditions will get the vaccine,” Hachey said.
To distribute the vaccine, he said, the military will use its usual seasonal flu vaccine distribution chain, a system in use for decades.
He noted that a decision is still awaited on whether each person will need one dose or two. “The assumption right now is that people will need two doses, 21 days apart. That may change,” he said. Federal officials are awaiting early results of clinical trials for guidance on the number of doses.
DoD already has seasonal flu vaccine and will begin giving the immunizations soon, Hachey said. “That has been our message to immunizers: to try and get as many people as they can immunized against the season flu early.”
The civilian immunization program for H1N1 is expected to start in mid October.
