Obama Orders U.S. Postal Service to Deliver Aid if Biological Attack Occurs

The US Post Office could play a key role in distributing medical aid in the event of a biological attack, according to an executive order released by the White House.
The order signed by President Barack Obama directs government agencies, local law enforcement and the US Post Office to work on a model for distribution of medical countermeasures in the wake of a biological attack.
“This policy would seek to: (1) mitigate illness and prevent death; (2) sustain critical infrastructure; and (3) complement and supplement State, local, territorial, and tribal government medical countermeasure distribution capacity,” the order said.
“The US Postal Service has the capacity for rapid residential delivery of medical countermeasures for self administration across all communities in the United States,” the order added.
The US Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano were instructed to work with the post office to develop a “dispensing model for US cities to respond to a large-scale biological attack, with anthrax as the primary threat consideration.”
The order calls for the model to be drawn up within 180 days, but gives no details as to whether the idea of using the US postal system to assist Americans in the wake of a biological attack is a new one.
The United States has sought to bolster its capacity to respond to biological attacks since 2001, when anthrax-laced letters mailed to people across the United States led to five deaths.
The order came amid heightened security concerns here following an attempt to bring down a US-bound jetliner on Christmas Day. A 23-year-old Nigerian has been charged in the case.

The federal government has accelerated its $16 million dollar PR campaign to brainwash and coerce increasingly suspicious Americans into taking the swine flu vaccine by weaving their propaganda into a popular pre-school show for children currently airing on PBS Kids.
Sid the Science Kid is a half-hour series produced by Jim Henson Productions and KCET in Los Angeles, California. The program is bankrolled in part by The Boeing Company, a titan of the military-industrial complex.
During an episode of the show set to air on Monday, the computer-generated characters are shown dancing around and singing about how their are taking their flu vaccine.
Indeed, the entire episode is devoted to pro-vaccine propaganda and was created in association with Health and Human Services. The episode is entitled, “Getting a Shot: You can do it!”
According to a press release, “Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, Education Secretary Arne Duncan, and Lisa Henson, CEO of the Jim Henson Company, will join Washington-area school children for a screening of the new “Sid the Science Kid” special episode on the flu at the U.S. Department of Education Auditorium.”
Children will also be directed to the Sid the Science Kid website to play games focused around the issue of vaccines.
“In this special episode, Sid explains how vaccines work and shows millions of children what they can do to prevent the spread of the flu,” said Secretary Sebelius. “Sid will be a great messenger as we continue to find new and creative ways to reach out to children, adults, and families about how to stay healthy during flu season.”
As we have reported, the government is openly embedding propaganda about its health care agenda into the plots of major network shows all this week. We also discovered a separate example of almost subliminal brainwashing where the watching audience are told to get the flu shot via a deceptive and insidious insert during an episode of FlashForward, a sci-fi series currently airing on ABC.
What ‘Sid the Science Kid,’ the pharmaceutical lobby and Kathleen Sebelius won’t tell you about the swine flu vaccine is that children are already dying after taking similar vaccines, that healthy young women are getting brain disorders after being injected with flu vaccines, that the H1N1 shot contains dangerous additives like mercury which cause autism, and that a child is 40 times more likely to be struck by lightning than have their life saved by a swine flu vaccine.
While children are having this crap shoved down their throats on television, the New York Times‘ educational division is teaching them in schools across the country that openly admitted facts about the dangers of the swine flu vaccine are all in fact “myths”.
Some of the “myths” claimed by the Times include manifestly provable facts such as the potential that flu shots will have side-effects. This is clearly stated on the inserts of vaccine batches by the pharmaceutical companies themselves, but the NY Times is teaching children in American schools that it is a myth!
According to the Times, it is also a myth that any of the batches of H1N1 vaccine contain thimerosal, a mercury based preservative, despite the fact that this again is openly admitted by the pharmaceutical companies who produce the vaccines.
If none of the vaccines contained mercury, then maybe the NY Times can tell us why top officials in the German government, including Chancellor Angela Merkel, as well as German soldiers, have been given an additive-free version of the vaccine that doesn’t contain thimerosal?
With rapidly expanding numbers of parents refusing to allow their children to take the seasonal or swine flu shot, the government has a problem on its hands having already bought over 300 million doses of the vaccine. This is manifesting itself in the form of bellicose and fearmongering propaganda being gleefully spewed out by the compliant networks as the feds start to panic about the fact that the idiot public are waking up to the real agenda behind the toxic vaccines and the record windfall profits currently being reaped by pharmaceutical companies who are laughing all the way to the bank.

A Kansas City clinic has set a disturbing precedent by kicking out a two-year old boy because his mother had failed to follow childhood vaccinations schedule guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Priority Care Pediatrics told Angela Andrews to leave their clinic with her son Elijah because of a new immunization policy.
“If we’re not going to get him on the CDC schedule, they’re not going to treat us,” Andrews told KMBC news.
Andrews told the CNN affiliate network that her son was behind on shots because she was concerned that levels of aluminum contained within the vaccines would damage his health.
“I’m not the expert by any means, but I’m the expert when it comes to my son. He was sick a lot when he was younger. He was more susceptible to flu and colds. I just didn’t feel like vaccines were safe until he was hardier,” Andrews said.

The clinic has stated that it will not tolerate non-vaccination because it leaves other children at risk, logic that doesn’t quite add up because if they have been vaccinated they should be protected.
The clinic’s policy sets a dangerous precedent whereby parental choice over whether to vaccinate their children or not becomes irrelevant, given the threat to withdraw healthcare altogether.
Besides certain laws that apply only to government medical specialists – there is no law that enforces the mandatory use of any vaccine in the United States. Waiver forms for personal or religious exemptions are freely available. Enforced medical treatment is an assault and a violation of the 14th amendment.
Concerned parents across the U.S. are leading a nationwide revolt against unnecessary, untested and dangerous vaccines as CDC records show a growing amount of religious exemptions on vaccine forms.
Perhaps as a result of this growing mistrust, some lawmakers seem determined to ignore the Constitution and to make mandatory all vaccinations recommended by the CDC for all children, including infants and toddlers.
More recently, large Pharmaceutical companies, unable to sell the “benefits” of vaccinations to make enough profit out of them, have increasingly turned to state legislatures and attempted to pay off Governors and other officials to curry favor and force young children to take vaccines such as the flu shot and the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.
However, big pharma has faced a fierce backlash from concerned parents and religious organizations.
With the advent of the H1N1 “pandemic”, and the media hype surrounding it, it is expected that more and more clinics and schools will begin to institute similar unconstitutional policies to that of Priority Care Pediatrics in Kansas.

A man in a red Volkswagon Beetle created quite a stir in Westwood, California. LAPD/SWAT, FBI and the Secret Service surrounded Joseph Moshe’s vehicle for allegedly threatening to blow up the White House, over 1,000 people in the vicinity of the scene were evacuated, all because of one man in a tiny red Volkswagon. In the eight-hour standoff a Military Armored Personnel vehicle blocked his exit, the man was pummeled with streams of pepper spray (see photo) and the driver was eventually tasered and yanked out of the vehicle.
Joseph Moshe is a 56 year-old bio-scientist working for a unit within Mossad, he has dual citizenship in Israel but lives in Westchester, Los Angeles. What’s so astonishing about this story is that the FBI had been surveilling Moshe’s home in California, the FBI was targeting him not because he made threats to ‘blow up the White House’ but because he informed the White House that he intended to go public with information he had regarding Baxter’s swine flu vaccine that’s being manufactured in the Ukraine and that the vaccine is an engineered genetically mutated bio-weapon meant to cause mass sickness and death of those inoculated.
When he became aware that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings in his car and set out for the Israeli consulate, located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place. FBI pursuit kept him from reaching his destination. Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest, he was extradited to Israel and hasen’t been heard from since.

According to Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said children going back-to-school this fall will be subjected to a nationwide government vaccination campaign where millions of children will be forced to take a vaccine for a non-pandemic flu virus. CDC says school children who haven’t had flu shots will need to get vaccinated four times in the fall – twice for seasonal flu and twice for the swine flu. [Source]
HHS Secretary urges all public schools and day-care superintendents across the country spend their summer vacations preparing for the possibility of a nationwide vaccination scenario if the government decides to give approval. [Source]
Florida health leaders are already working on qualifying firefighters, paramedics and medical students to give swine flu shots to mainly children and “high-risk” health-care workers. Miami-Dade Health Department director says: “We’re bringing in all of our community partners to qualify them to give shots — firemen, nurses in fire departments, paramedics, medical students under the supervision of doctors.” [Source]
On August 17th there will be 12,000 children that would be given an experimental swine flu vaccine to see if the shot will cause any side-effect and also test its effectiveness. This beta-test will most likely be fixed to give the illusion that the swine flu vaccines are completely safe to be used on a massive scale.
Australian immunization specialist Robert Booy predicts swine flu might kill 10-12 children this year in Australia compared to 5-6 deaths from regular flu. Less than 100 children in the U.S. die each year from the average flu virus so that means according to Booy there would be 100 children that could potentially die from the swine flu virus this coming year in the United States. If this mandatory school vaccination program is activated then that means 75 million children will be injected to prevent only 100 swine flu deaths. [Source]
The risks outweigh the benefits, it is ridiculous to mass vaccinate over 75 million kids nationwide to prevent 100 swine flu deaths, especially if this new vaccine resembles anything like the 1976 swine flu vaccine that was given to 40 million people, caused 55 cases of Guillian-Barre syndrome and killed 30 people. The main ingredient for influenza vaccines is either dead virus (inactivated vaccine) or a LIVE VIRUS (attenuated vaccine) that is a weakened form of the virus. Attenuated vaccines are the most dangerous, when they are injected the live virus moves through the human body possibly infecting the host and the virus can be found in the feces, mucous membranes and saliva glands of the inoculated patient. There is no conspiracy about it, Google attenuated vaccines, it means the vaccine contains a live but weakened form of a pathogenic virus. Not only is the new Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline swine flu vaccine contain the actual live H1N1 but both vaccines also contain a squalene-based adjuvant named MF59 , when squalene is combined with live attenuated virus it becomes many times more potent and lethal. [Source]
GlaxoSmithKline’s version of the swine flu vaccine which swine flu vaccines will be coming out in mid-October contains Thimerosal, a preservative for vaccines mainly composed of deadly toxic mercury. Mercury is the 2nd most toxic metal on the planet and is known to cause autism and other brain related injuries. The vaccine also contains formaldehyde, a cancer-causing chemical used for embalming dead bodies.

Plans for 12,000 U.S. school children will be used as guinea pigs for experimental swine flu vaccine known to contain dangerous ingredient squalene, which has been directly linked with cases of Gulf War Syndrome and a host of other debilitating diseases.
According to a report in the Oklahoman, 12,000 children nationwide will partake in “fast-tracked studies” to test the side-effects of the untested swine flu vaccine in trials set to begin next month.
“The trials will test the vaccine’s effectiveness and whether or not it has negative side effects in patients,” states the report.
Since less than 100 children in the U.S. die from regular seasonal flu each year, a reasonable estimate would be that around 100 children will die from swine flu over the course of the next year.
So in effect, the authorities will vaccinate millions of children in order to try and prevent 100 deaths. If the mass vaccination program mirrors the previous swine flu outbreak of 1976 then the vaccine is likely to kill more people than the actual virus.
Furthermore, since the swine flu vaccine includes squalene, a dangerous adjuvant that contributed to Gulf War Syndrome cases, there’s little doubt that it will lead to debilitating lifelong diseases far more deadly than the swine flu virus itself for thousands of children if a mass vaccination campaign is conducted.
According to Meryl Nass, M.D., “A novel feature of the two H1N1 vaccines being developed by companies Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline is the addition of squalene-containing adjuvants to boost immunogenicity and dramatically reduce the amount of viral antigen needed. This translates to much faster production of desired vaccine quantities.”
“Research shows that squalene is the experimental anthrax vaccine ingredient that caused devastating autoimmune diseases and deaths for many Gulf War veterans from the US, UK, and Australia, yet it continues in use today and for new vaccines development in labs,” writes Stephen Lendman.
