Leaked climate e-mails reveal New World Order newsletter

Hacked climate emails include calls for ‘Earth Government’ as foundation of new world order, splitting of America

Infowars
November 24, 2009

One of the leaked climate emails was apparently a press release from “Earth Government” Newsletter dated 27 Mar 2003. The document calls for a ‘democratic’ world government that would amalgamate and reform the prevailing global institutions including the United Nations, IMF, World Bank WTO, NAFTA, FTAA and others “for the good of all.”

It further refers to an “Earth Court of Justice to deal with all aspects of the Governance and Management of the Earth.” The document also makes mention of the “Foundation for the new world order, Earth Government” and “The splitting of America into separate independent states living at peace for the good of all.” Is this a revelation of the true intentions of certain environmental advocates, or just one of many emails in the background of calls to “hide the decline” of global temperatures (despite intense claims of global warming).

Provocateurs At End The Fed Rally?

Provocateurs At End The Fed Rally?
“Anarchists” tried to get protesters to commit crimes

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet.com
September 1, 2009

According to testimony given at a Missouri House of Representatives meeting yesterday, anarchists attempted to get other protesters to commit criminal acts during the End the Fed protests late last year, in what was a possible attempt to instigate chaos to justify a harsh crackdown on behalf of the authorities.

In March it came to light that the End the Fed protests, which took place at banks and regional Federal Reserve branches across the country on November 22, were being monitored closely by the United States Army Reserve Command, who implied that those protesting against the Fed and the bankster bailout were essentially terrorists.

On November 22, 2008, Alex Jones led a rally at the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas Texas. The Dallas protest is specifically mentioned in the official Army document. Ron Paul’s brother was also in attendance.

During testimony given in response to the infamous Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) report, a document authored by Missouri Highway Patrol and distributed to fellow law enforcement agencies that characterizes Ron Paul supporters, libertarians, people who display political bumper stickers, people who own gold, or even people who fly a U.S. flag as potential domestic terrorists, one of the organizers who attended the protests said that “anarchists” attempted to recruit followers and encouraged them to commit illegal acts.

“My group was at the End the Fed rally and there were a bunch of different groups there,” Cisse Spragin told the Missouri House of Representatives on Monday. “And there was this group of anarchists who started talking to us. And then they tried to recruit us or have us join their group. Then they started telling us what should we should write on our signs, and insisting on letting them re-write some of our signs. Later we overheard them saying they couldn’t even get us to jaywalk.”

Spragin’s testimony suggests that the anarchists were attempting to steer the nature of the protests in the opposite direction to guidelines published by End the Fed rally organizers before the protests which called for “Cooperation and respect for local laws and authorities,” and “No blocking of pedestrian or vehicular traffic.”

This wouldn’t be the first time that anarchist groups have been used as a tool with which to stir chaos. As we have documented before, the black bloc anarchist groups are routinely infiltrated and steered by authorities who use them to provoke disorder as a pretext to crack down on legitimate demonstrators.

During the April 2009 G20 summit in London, police stood back and watched anarchists attack banks and other buildings in an incident that had all the hallmarks of a staged event.

Following the SPP protests in Canada in 2007, Quebec provincial authorities were forced to admit that three rock-wielding black mask-wearing “anarchists” were in fact police infiltrators used to gather information on protesters.

Video shows two of the provocateurs pick up rocks and try to incite violence before they are outed as cops by legitimate demonstrators. The two thugs then tried to slip behind police lines before their fellow officers were forced to stage their arrest. Again, the fact that they were cops in disguise was later admitted by authorities. Watch the video.

Alex Jones’ film Police State 2: The Takeover exposed how the black bloc anarchists were completely infiltrated and provocateured by the authorities during the violent 1999 WTO protests in Seattle.

The authorities declared a state of emergency, imposed curfews and resorted to nothing short of police state tactics in response to a small minority of hostile black bloc hooligans. Police allowed the black bloc to run riot in downtown Seattle while they concentrated on preventing the movement of peaceful protestors. The film presents clear evidence that the black bloc anarchist group was actually controlled by the state and used to demonize peaceful protesters. Watch the video below.

At the WTO protests in Genoa 2001 a protestor was killed after being shot in the head and run over twice by a police vehicle. The Italian Carabinere also later beat on peaceful protestors as they slept, and even tortured some, at the Diaz School. It later emerged that the police fabricated evidence against the protesters, claiming they were anarchist rioters, to justify their actions. Some Carabiniere officials have since come forward to say they knew of infiltration of the so called black bloc anarchists, and that fellow officers acted as agent provocateurs.

At the Free Trade Area of Americas protests in Miami in late November 2003, more provocateuring was evident. The United Steelworkers of America calling for a congressional investigation, stated that the police intentionally caused violence and arrested and charged hundreds of peaceful protestors.

US envoy: Russia’s 1st military response in Georgia was “legitimate”

US envoy: Russia’s 1st military response in Georgia was “legitimate”

The Globe and Mail
August 22, 2008

The U.S. ambassador to Moscow, in a rare U.S. comment endorsing Russia’s initial moves in Georgia, described the Kremlin’s first military response as legitimate after Russian troops came under attack.

U.S officials, including President George W. Bush, have strongly criticized Moscow’s subsequent action but have not focused on the initial chain of events that triggered the conflict between Russian and U.S.-ally Georgia.

The war broke out after Georgia tried to retake its Moscow-backed breakaway region of South Ossetia, prompting a counter-attack by Russian forces.

In his first major interview since his arrival as Ambassador last month, John Beyrle gave the Russian daily Kommersant his views on the conflict and warned about its impact on U.S. investor confidence in Russia.

“Now we see Russian forces, which responded to attacks on Russian peacekeepers in South Ossetia, legitimately, we see those forces now having advanced on to the soil of Georgia; Georgian territorial integrity is in question here,” Mr. Beyrle told the newspaper.

He said Washington had not sanctioned Georgia’s initial actions when on Aug. 8, after a succession of tense skirmishes, Georgian forces attacked South Ossetia, triggering a massive Russian reaction when its peacekeepers there came under fire.

“We did not want to see a recourse to violence and force and we made that very, very clear,” Mr. Beyrle was cited as saying in quotes the U.S. embassy confirmed as accurate.

“The fact that we were trying to convince the Georgian side not to take this step is clear evidence that we did not want all this to happen,” Mr. Beyrle said in the interview, which was published on Friday.

“We have seen the destruction of civilian infrastructure, as well as calls by some Russian politicians to change the democratically-elected government of Georgia. Some question the territorial integrity of Georgia. That is why we believe that Russia has gone too far,” the envoy said.

Mr. Beyrle said Washington still supports Russia’s bid to join the World Trade Organization, which has still not been finalized after more than a decade of talks.

“But American investors are now looking at the situation around Russia with concern and asking questions,” he said.

Georgian war leaves 1,492 Ossetians dead – local authorities

Russia Today
August 20, 2008

The total number of causalities of the Georgian – South Ossetian conflict has been revealed. According to local authorities the conflict has taken the lives of 1492 Ossetians. More than 5,000 people from South Ossetia are still in refugee camps in the south of Russia.

Approximarely 30,000 people fled from Georgia’s offensive on August 8. Many have been staying with relatives or have been taken in by ordinary charitable people. RT met a young family of refugees who are now trying to piece their shattered lives together.

Refugees rely on the kindness of strangers

Whoever’s won this war, the Ossetian people have lost the most. Two of them, Ruslan and Khatuna Khelekhsaeva, say everyting they owned in Tskhinvali now lies in ruins.

They are very clear as to who they blame for having destroyed their lives.

“We blame Georgia and America for the war. It’s the second time they’ve bombed us. We can’t bear it anymore. No one can guarantee that Georgia won’t bomb us again,” Ruslan said.

We asked Ruslan whether South Ossetia should indeed break away from Georgia.

“Independence would be good in theory but we cannot defend ourselves against Georgia. So we need to be part of Russia. If Russia didn’t support us, then there would probably be no ‘us’ left on this earth,” he added.

Khatuna’s eyes cannot hide her pain. She recounts her experience:

“After all we’ve gone through, I don’t want to go back to Tskhinvali. Words cannot describe the five days we spent hiding in our basement, scared for our lives. I am haunted by those memories.”

They arrived in North Ossetia to find the refugee camp overflowing. They were taken in by Natalya Gabarayeva, a local woman.

“I’m doing my best to take care of them. I feel so sorry for them. They arrived here with nothing, and needed a roof over their heads,” Gabaraeva said.

She added that although local authorities are doing what they can, it is still not enough for the numbes of people that fled South Ossetia.

‘Human rights were violated’ in Ossetia – European watchdog

Russia Today
August 23, 2008

Europe’s top human rights official has arrived in war-ravaged South Ossetia on a fact-finding mission. Commissioner Thomas Hammarberg from the Council of Europe Human is being accompanied by his Russian counterpart Vladimir Lukin. They say their goal is to gather evidence from all sides and to compile a report on their findings.

Thomas Hammarberg said: “I know that human rights were violated during the conflict.”

“I’m not going to involve myself in politics”, he said. “I am only here to look at the human rights situation and come up with recommendations on how these rights can be protected in the future. Our report will be objective and impartial”.

Vladimir Lukin added: “Many people had their rights violated, including the primary right to life, to housing, and so on. And this issue requires much attention – so we’ve come to find out what happened from that perspective.”

Cops To Use Top Secret Weapons On Activists

Cops to Use “Top Secret” Weapons on Activists During Conventions

Kurt Nimmo
Infowars
July 8, 2008

As CNN reports (see video), Congress is forking over $100 million for “security expenses” in Denver and St. Paul this summer. CNN’s Ed Lavendera says the types of weapons being purchased are “top secret” and this does not sit well with the ACLU, who is suing both cities to find out how the money is being spent. “In Minnesota where republicans are holding their convention, the ACLU says it’s trying to find out how security money is being spent but law enforcement agencies insist these weapons should be kept secret so they have the upper hand in keeping the convention safe,” explains Lavendera.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=o_522FkCjCY

In other words, members of both factions of the globalist political party will be safe from agents provocateurs who are routinely dispatched to break a few windows and burn trash in the street in order to give the cops an excuse to attack peaceful demonstrators.

CNN and the corporate media are notorious for ignoring this fact, going back at least to late 1999 during the WTO demonstrations in Seattle. Neil deMause wrote for FAIR in early 2000, “most news outlets ignored the police assaults that preceded the looting, preferring to believe that it was the acts of a few out-of-control protesters that led to the violence, and downplaying police use of force…. numerous eyewitness reports would describe police ignoring vandals while busily assaulting demonstrators who were blockading the entrance to the WTO. The Seattle Times, in its timeline of the WTO protests (12/5/99), noted the first use of pepper spray and rubber bullets on demonstrators at 10 a.m. on November 30, nearly two hours before the first windows were broken.” Peter Cassidy, a police tactics researcher, said at the time that the lack of concern over Seattle police behavior “will lend credibility for other police departments to do the same thing.” In short, “opening your mouth becomes something that exposes you to danger. It exposes you to militarized forms of law enforcement.” As Alex Jones documents in Police State II: The Takeover, Delta Force sponsored and aided so-called “Black Bloc anarchists” in Seattle (see video).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0POPVIX6sf0

Militarized “law enforcement” continued during the FTAA demonstrations in Miami in November, 2003. Miami Activists Defense (MAD) reported “thousands of militarized police, in full riot gear, including electrified shields, tanks, automatic and semi-automatic weapons, tear gas, rubber bullets and bean bags, violently arresting peaceful demonstrators,” absent any provocation or “direct action” on the part of activists. Kris Hermes, MAD spokesperson, noted that Miami mayor Diaz declared police violence against peaceful demonstrators would be the “model for homeland security,” according to Jennifer Van Bergen. In April, 2003, in Oakland, California, cops used wooden dowel projectiles and rubber bullets against peaceful antiwar activists (see photo). Oakland cops told the San Jose Mercury News that although the demonstration was peaceful, there were a “few agitators in the crowd,” a claim disputed by witnesses. “I was there from 5 a.m. on, and the only violence that I saw was from the police,” Joel Tena, the constituent liaison for Oakland’s vice mayor, told the newspaper. “What happened today was very surprising. It seemed the police were operating under the assumption that they were not going to let any kind of protest happen.”If sincere “agitators” are not present, the cops are often obliged to produce them, as they did during an anti-globalist demonstration in Montebello, Quebec, last year. “Police officials tried to justify the extraordinary measures deployed at Montebello by claiming they were needed to control ‘extremist’ demonstrators and prevent them from ‘overwhelming’ conference security forces,” writes François Tremblay. “In fact, video images reveal a long-established police practice, that is, the use of agent provocateurs to provide a pretext for a brutal intervention by riot police against anti-government demonstrators and still further restrictions on the right to protest and other basic democratic rights.” In fact, “restrictions on the right to protest and other basic democratic rights” is the point, as the globalists are sincerely worried about citizens resisting the plan to turn the world into a “free trade” labor gulag based on the China model. In Denver and St. Paul this summer, we are likely to see a new level of violence deployed against peaceful demonstrators. In order to provide a sufficient pretext to use “top secret” weapons against activists, “agitators” and “anarchists” will be unleashed. Notes the activist group JustGetThere:

There is a growing trend of peaceful events being infiltrated by agent provocateurs who operate under the umbrella of black-ops. The goal is to create radical groups who seek out violence either during events, or on corporate and federal property. The operatives will be in positions of power or influence, and will only promote violence instead of a peaceful information based strategy for activism. Most recently in Canada, undercover cops dressed like anarchists were caught causing violence and attacking cops at the WTO protest in Montebello. The cops at first stand down against their own agents, then engage the peaceful activists. This modus operandi has been used in the past, and seems to be in motion for this event by the group ReCreate 68. The DNC convention, of course, has a free speech zone and you have to receive a permit through a lottery system. It’s striking that this group amongst hundreds won a permit, while publicly espousing violence. This group has been challenged to behave peacefully during this event by the founder of another group “We Are Change Colorado” and their response was “The police only understand violence”. This is a red flag and has the earmarks of a operation ran by elements of black-ops to justify the end of our rights of protests, political dissidence and redress of grievances. Thanks to the great work of TruthAlliance.net, this operation has been exposed in the early stages. So when the event occurs we will be ready and prepared to expose this as an intentional act perpetuated by groups who have been influenced or directed by members of law enforcement and black-ops.

Of course, CNN and the corporate media will play right along. After the cops use their “pepper ball rifles, goo guns, sonic rays” against legitimate demonstrators concerned about the fascist cancer of unchecked globalization, we can expect the talking heads to follow the script, as they did in Seattle, and blame the victims.

A virtual declaration of war against Iran

A virtual declaration of war against Iran

War Without End
June 12, 2008

The following is from retired USAF Colonel Sam Gardiner today:

It is amazing how far Members of the Congress will go in support of Israel . Hidden within a resolution now being considered on the Hill is what amounts to a suggested declaration of war against Iran .

Representative Mark Kirk from Illinois is circulating a Sense of the Congress Resolution (H. Con. Res 362). The resolution now has 47 co-sponsors and “demands that the President initiate an international effort to immediately and dramatically increase the economic, political, and diplomatic pressure on Iran to verifiably suspend its nuclear enrichment activities by, inter alia, prohibiting the export to Iran of all refined petroleum products; imposing stringent inspection requirements on all persons, vehicles, ships, planes, trains, and cargo entering or departing Iran…”

This option in the resolution is being pushed by the American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee. At the AIPAC meeting in Washington last week both Senators McCain and Obama mentioned an embargo of refined products without any details.

I don’t how the United States inspects aircraft flying from Moscow to Tehran . I don’t know how the United States inspects trucks going from Azerbaijan and Pakistan into Iran . The ships part, however, produces a fairly clear image. The United States Navy operating inside and outside the Gulf stops and searches all ships entering Iranian ports. If the ships are carrying refined products, they are ordered to leave the area. If they refuse, warning shots will be fired. If they continue to refuse, lethal action will be initiated.

Since destination is not always clear, on occasion the United States Navy will have to enter Iranian territorial waters. The United States Navy will be stopping Russian ships and searching them. The United States Navy will be stopping Chinese ships.

To their credit, the McCain campaign must have begun to understand the implications. A spokesman issued a statement yesterday that the Senator was talking about, “a voluntary withdrawal from the Iranian markets of the companies providing gasoline is one option.”

One hopes there can be equal wisdom in the “Sense of the Congress.”

Bush attacks Iran over rejection of nuclear offer

Sydney Morning Herald
June 16, 2008

HE US President, George Bush, has denouned Iran for rejecting a new set of incentives to stop enriching uranium, only hours after the proposal received a cold shoulder when it was delivered by Western diplomats in Tehran.

“I am disappointed that the leaders rejected this generous offer out of hand,” Mr Bush said during a news conference in Paris on Saturday with the French President, Nicolas Sarkozy. “It is an indication to the Iranian people that their leadership is willing to isolate them further. Our view is we want the Iranian people to flourish and to benefit.”

Tehran did not formally reject the offer, meaning that it may be able, as Western officials fear, to play for time, saying that it is in a continuing dialogue with the West while continuing to enrich uranium to secure the amounts necessary for a nuclear bomb.

But the response was far from warm. The package was handed to the Iranian Foreign Minister, Manouchehr Mottaki, by the European Union foreign policy chief, Javier Solana. Mr Mottaki said Iran’s response would depend on how the West responded to Iran’s May 13 proposal calling for international talks on all issues and improved international inspection of Iran’s nuclear facilities. But Iran’s proposal does not mention the key Western demand – that Iran stop enriching uranium.

Before Mr Bush spoke, an Iranian Government spokesman, Gholamhossein Elham, made it clear in Tehran that stopping enrichment was unacceptable.

Blix slams US for threatening Iran

Press TV
June 12, 2008

Former UN chief weapons inspector Hans Blix has criticized the US for keeping open the possibility of a military action against Iran.

Blix was in Rome on Friday to take part in an international gathering of experts on nuclear proliferation that was held, coincidentally, during US President George W. Bush’s three-day stop in the city.

“The military threat may well be counterproductive,’’ Blix said in a news conference.

“The rewards are more important, the carrots rather than the sticks,’’ the AP quoted the veteran Swedish diplomat as saying.

Blix tried to avert the 2003 US-led invasion of Iraq because no weapons of mass destruction had been found by UN inspectors.

He said the US and Europe should offer incentives including support for Iran joining the World Trade Organization, improved economic relations and guarantees against outside attacks.

Ted Turner Confronted on Population Control

Ted Turner: World Needs a ’Voluntary’ One-Child Policy for the Next Hundred Years
Philly 9/11 Truth Confronts Eugenicist on Calls for 95% Population Reduction

Aaron Dykes
Jones Report
April 29, 2008

http://youtube.com/watch?v=1G72Sd6AqjE

Okay, so Ted Turner’s not a people person. But, he has a plan to bring the world’s population down to 2 billion– a figure substantially less than current numbers– that he says would allow for a better standard of living… for everyone.

Though it might be trying for the world to adopt the brutal one-child policy of China, it would, ideally, help humanity to avoid the nightmare cannibalism scenario Turner claims we otherwise face in the wake of global warming.

Ted Turner used his Southern charm to calm worries that he longed for 95% decline from current population levels during a question and answer session– as the billionaire eugenicist was quoted in Audubon magazine more than a decade ago.

“That’s not really true,” Turner told members of Philly 9/11 Truth. He instead cited 2 billion as the target– a mere 2/3 reduction of the human population — which he claims would allow ’everyone’ to have a decent standard of living, including a “refrigerator and air conditioner.”

The 9/11 Truth activists probed the billionaire on how he would achieve these population goals– citing policymakers like Henry Kissinger who advocate using ’food as weapon.’

Turner commented, “The way I think we should get there is have a voluntary one child per family for the next hundred years… like they do in China now.”

Despite the fact that Turner himself has 5 children, he has put forward this view a number of times before. “We’re too many people; that’s why we have global warming,” he told PBS’s Charlie Rose in April. “Too many people are using too much stuff.”

“On a voluntary basis, everybody in the world’s got to pledge to themselves that one or two children is it,” Turner added during the April 2008 interview.

China’s policies have been heavily criticized not only for the gross human rights violations against its dehumanized population, but also for its peer-pressure affect on the rest of the world to adopt similar polices. China, too, started with a so-called ’voluntary’ policy which then led to fines and only later to more extreme punishments for having more than one child.

In the name of global warming and environmentalism, children have now been blamed as ’part of the problem’ and calls to limit children have now saturated the Western World.

In the third world, Turner has contributed literally billions to population reduction, namely through United Nations programs , leading the way for the likes of Bill & Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett (Gates father, for one, has long been a leading board member of Planned Parenthood and a top eugenicist).

These same figures have also donated vast sums of money for vaccination programs that many have identified as part of the problem.

Members of Philly 9/11 Truth also asked Turner about being the largest land owner in North America. Turner suggested that his vast acreage– estimated at more than 2 million acres— was being put to good use, deflecting claims of hypocrisy.

Turner has also been criticized recently for advocating the production of corn-based ethanol, which has now been blamed by the U.N. and others for causing food shortages and increased poverty, particularly in the 3rd World.

Philly 9/11 Truth also confronted the unrepentant Turner after the event to further criticize his involvement with globalist agendas that continue to pursue drastic population reduction at the cost of dignity and respect for the masses of humanity.

In 1996, Turner stated in an interview with Audubon Magazine that a 95% population reduction would be ideal. Below is his quote.

“A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.”

Ted Turner Repeats Call For Population Curb

Says diminishing farmland will lead to food riots, despite being behind corn-based ethanol push

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet
April 28, 2008

Billionaire Globalist Ted Turner, who earlier this month predicted that global warming would eventually lead to cannibalism, has repeated his call to curb population growth, claiming that disappearing farmland will cause food riots, despite the fact that Turner himself is behind the push to grow corn-based ethanol, an industry the UN has blamed for food shortages and increased poverty.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=3jgKodUUeTU

“There are a lot of different problems being caused by an ever-increasing number of people in a finite-sized world,” Turner told CNBC’s Bob Pisani. “The resources of the planet just can’t keep up with the demand and I’m afraid this going to be more commonplace. I’m afraid we’re just seeing the tip of the iceberg. It’s very complicated I do want to say.”

“We’ve had warnings for a number of years,” Turner said. “Grain stocks have been dropping every year for the last 10 years or pretty close to that – the reserves. And, the environment in so many different areas is being – the pressure being put on it by the ever-increasing number of people and the number of people using more stuff and more energy – that’s what ‘s leading to global climate change and the over-fishing of the oceans,” he added.

Turner cited increased vehicle usage as a reason for disappearing farmland.

“Agriculture is complicated anyway. For instance – China adds more cars, they need more roads and the only place to put more roads in China is over farmland. So you lose farmland as you increase development. We’re doing it even here in the United States.”

However, Turner failed to acknowledge the fact that one of the main reasons behind food shortages is global demand for biofuels, an industry that Turner has vigorously promoted and publicly supported in a 2006 WTO speech.

As the UN warned last year, “The global rush to switch from oil to energy derived from plants will drive deforestation, push small farmers off the land and lead to serious food shortages and increased poverty unless carefully managed”.

Earlier this month, Turner caused shockwaves when he stated that inaction on global warming “will be catastrophic” and those who don’t die “will be cannibals.”

“We’re too many people; that’s why we have global warming,” he said. “Too many people are using too much stuff,” adding that “on a voluntary basis, everybody in the world’s got to pledge to themselves that one or two children is it.”

Turner himself failed to live up to such a pledge, having fathered five children, but continues to lecture the rest of us on how we should limit our procreation.

Some would find Turner’s zeal to “thin” the human population hard to reconcile with his leadership of a UN initiative to combat malaria.

When one considers Turner’s past comments about the supposed need to drastically cut world population levels by up to 95%, his involvement in any kind of program run under the guise of “improving health” in third world countries should be examined with severe caution.

“A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal,” Turner stated in 1996.

As the Baltimore Sun reported, “Most of [Ted Turner’s first donation to the United Nations Foundation of] $22 million went to programs that seek to stall population growth.”

Bush Declares Iraq To Join The New World Order

Bush Declares Iraq To Join The New World Order

Lee Rogers
Rogue Government
November 29, 2007

On November 26th, 2007 George W. Bush issued a joint statement with Nouri Kamel Al-Maliki which essentially declares that Iraq will be permanently occupied by the United States for many years to come. The statement called the Declaration of Principles for a Long-Term Relationship of Cooperation and Friendship Between the Republic of Iraq and the United States of America, as blogger Damian Lataan notes, effectively makes Iraq a permanently occupied colony of the United States.

The document is filled with all sorts of Orwellian double speak. Take for example the opening statement of the document_

As Iraqi leaders confirmed in their Communiqué signed on August 26, 2007, and endorsed by President Bush, the Governments of Iraq and the United States are committed to developing a long-term relationship of cooperation and friendship as two fully sovereign and independent states with common interests. This relationship will serve the interest of coming generations based on the heroic sacrifices made by the Iraqi people and the American people for the sake of a free, democratic, pluralistic, federal, and unified Iraq.

It declares that the long-term relationship will consist of cooperation and friendship as two fully sovereign and independent states with common interests. Later in the document, it states that the United States will support Iraq in political, diplomatic, cultural, economic and security spheres. How is Iraq a fully sovereign and free independent state if Iraq is going to be occupied by a foreign military whose government is going to support them in almost every aspect of governance in this long term declaration?

This statement is really nothing more than a declaration from George W. Bush and Iraq’s puppet government that the United States is fully committed towards bringing Iraq into the New World Order.

To summarize the key points, the statement declares that the United States will continue on a long term basis to help defend the Iraqi government against internal and external threats. So the U.S. military will continue to serve as an internal police force in Iraq for many years to come. It specifically states that the U.S. will continue to provide security assurances and commitments to deter foreign aggression against Iraq. It also states that it will help Iraq in its efforts to combat all terrorist groups, Saddamists and other outlaw groups. So basically, anybody who doesn’t like the U.S. occupation of Iraq could be considered an outlaw group and the U.S. will assist the Iraq government in defeating them.

It also declares that it will support Iraq in enhancing its position in regional and international organizations including the World Trade Organization and various international financial and economic organizations.

Perhaps most disturbing is that it also states in the declaration that they will facilitate and encourage foreign investment in Iraq, especially American investments to contribute to the reconstruction efforts. It is hard to say what this means, but considering the amount of money that has been funneled into the military industrial complex with these military adventures in Iraq, it seems obvious that they are looking to sell out Iraq’s infrastructure to private interests.

The details of this declaration are slated to be agreed upon before July 31st, 2008. If this goes forward, there appears little doubt that the Iraqi government has sold out the nation to be a full fledged colony of the United States and part of the New World Order. This madness must stop. Vote for Ron Paul in 2008, so we can end this insane quest of empire building that these madmen in Washington have embarked on.

Bush just made Iraq an American colony

President signs document effectively making iraq a colony of the U.S.

Damian Lataan
November 27, 2007

I’m not sure that I’ve read a more sickening document than the one that was released by the White House yesterday entitled ‘Declaration of Principles for a Long-Term Relationship of Cooperation and Friendship Between the Republic of Iraq and the United States of America‘. Encapsulated in this document is the geo-political reality of what the Bush/Cheney administration and their neoconservative and Likudnik supporters had set out to achieve since the day George W. Bush became President of the US.

Far from ‘liberating’ the Iraqi people from the ‘yoke of tyranny’ for them to become a ‘free and democratic’ model to which all other Middle Eastern states could aspire, which was the propaganda and rhetoric used by the neoconservatives that convinced the Coalition of the Willing that Iraq was a ‘noble and righteous cause’, the declaration instead condemns Iraq to an endless occupation designed to enhance the power of the elite puppets of Iraq, and to ensure that Iraq’s resources remain firmly under American control and enriching American controlled oil companies. In short, the document is the instrument by which Iraq has effectively become a colony of the US.

There are several iniquitous points made in the document that betray the real intent of the administration but, in particular, point five of the second principle relating to ‘the economic sphere’ which says: “Facilitating and encouraging the flow of foreign investments to Iraq, especially American investments, to contribute to the reconstruction and rebuilding of Iraq,” and point eight which says: “Supporting the Republic of Iraq to obtain positive and preferential trading conditions for Iraq within the global marketplace including accession to the World Trade Organization and most favored nation status with the United States,” says it all.

Iraq’s puppet leaders have signed over Iraq to the US.

Dead in the Water – Law of the Sea Treaty Resurfaces

Dead in the Water – Law of the Sea Treaty Resurfaces

Dana Gabriel
October 3, 2007

The Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) would essentially give United Nations control of what happens on, over, and under the world’s oceans. This would include seven-tenths of the worlds surface. Former President Ronald Regan was opposed to it, but years later some changes were made and it was signed by then President Bill Clinton. He had hoped that it would be ratified, but because of intense opposition, it never made it to the Senate floor. After several attempts under George W. Bush’s presidency, it now appears as if it has the support to go to vote and pass. President Bush, the State Department, and the Department of Defense are now all pushing for its ratification. Proponents of LOST insist that it is necessary in order to protect U.S. interests in the world’s oceans. The truth is that the U.S. already honors many of its provisions and ratifying the treaty would seriously encroach on American sovereignty and give the UN more power and authority over our own affairs.

Currently, 155 nations have ratified LOST with the U.S. being the only one out of the major powers not to do so. LOST will establish a comprehensive set of rules and regulations governing the oceans of the world. The International Seabed Authority will have the power to regulate ocean research and exploration, which may include setting quotas for oil. This could make any new oil and gas developments more difficult. There are fears by some that the Seabed Authority could essentially become the ocean’s police force, being only accountable to the UN. The decision to grant or withhold mining permits will be theirs to make. It will also be able to compete on its own for even higher profits, talk about a conflict of interest. Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul said, “The Law of the Sea treaty also would give UN power to tax American citizens and businesses, which has been a long-time dream of the anti-sovereignty globalists. LOST also would establish an international court system to enforce its provisions and rulings. Imagine not being able to do business internationally without the approval of the United Nations.” This treaty was clearly written by those who wish to have a world government. Global taxes, international courts-we are well on are way to this becoming a reality.

Over the years there have been attempts to alter certain provisions of LOST in an effort to get the U.S. to sign on, as it is doomed to failure without American ratification. Although there have been some changes, it still contains many of its original flaws. The Taxing of U.S. and other corporations which mine the ocean floors would constitute the first source of independent revenue for the UN. This is the model for a global taxation system, and the transfer of wealth and technology to the third world. It doesn’t matter if they call it permits, fees, or royalties. This will be a global taxation plan and another step towards world government.

LOST may have jurisdiction over matters on land and air because of the potential affects it could have on the oceans of the world. It sets up a system of tribunals and panels to resolve disputes. This puts U.S. interests at the mercy of international courts, which tend to be anti-American. The best example is the WTO tribunals, who are often hostile to U.S. interests. It could lead to the U.S. being sued because of greenhouse gas emissions that pollute the oceans. LOST could also override domestic laws and the Supreme Court, and might be used as a back-door for a global warming or other environmental taxation. Under the guise of protecting the environment, the UN is gaining more control over individuals and nation states alike.

LOST will take away America’s rights to free movement on the high seas, with the UN telling us what we can and cannot do. This represents a threat to our sovereignty and independence. This could limit U.S. military and intelligence operations at sea, and severely handicap America’s ability to pursue potential terrorists or other enemies. LOST places limits on the ocean area that countries may claim, and gives 70% of the earths surface to the UN. It could also undermine American historic claims to the Arctic. None of this is in America’s best interest. One of the last things we want to do is surrender more power and control over to UN bureaucracy.

The Law of the Sea Treaty is currently under review at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and could be brought to the floor for a vote in the next month. We need to ask ourselves, “Do we really want to turn over control of the ocean’s oil, gas, and minerals to the UN?” This is the same UN that undermines national sovereignty and wishes to control and micromanage all aspects of our lives. People also need to understand that when it starts collecting a global tax, no matter what they choose to call it, there can be little doubt that this is world government. It is not surprising that the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the same traitors pushing for a North American Union, support the treaty. LOST is yet another threat to our sovereignty, security, and political independence.

Ron Paul Sees Crisis Ahead For Country

Ron Paul Sees Crisis Ahead For Country

Seattle Times
September 17, 2007

Texas Congressman Ron Paul said in Seattle on Friday that America is approaching an economic and constitutional crisis due to growing debt, bad trade deals and assaults on personal liberty.

And even if he beat all the odds and won the presidency next year, he said, the problem would be beyond what he alone could fix.

“The time is coming. I believe that the great debate is coming,” Paul told more than 400 mostly young people who attended his constitutional lecture at Seattle University.

“We have become soft on the issue of liberty and we have become more concerned about our personal safety and our personal economic well-being and an illusionary trust that government can make us perfectly safe and protect us perfectly in an economic way,” he said.

Paul said young people will have to decide whether to go along with the “clichés” that say the Constitution is a living, flexible document.

“It is a philosophical struggle,” he said. “If you are for a strict interpretation of the Constitution, if you are truly for liberty and for limited government … then the law will come along.”

For Paul, who ran for president as a Libertarian in 1988, a strict interpretation of the Constitution would mean a lot of changes. Talking to KIRO-AM (710) host Dori Monson earlier in the day, Paul said he thought the government could be cut by 80 percent. That’d be enough that there’d be no need for the income tax or a replacement tax, he said.

At Seattle University, he said Congress has willingly given away far too much power to the executive branch, particularly when it comes to foreign policy. He said the president is commander in chief of the military, but “he’s not commander in chief of the people of the country.”

Congress should reassert itself with trade policy as well, he said, and not leave the administration to set tariffs or make deals with “WTO or NAFTA or CAFTA,” trade agreements he pronounced with such disdain they sounded like diseases.

States, Paul said, should rely on a principle in the Constitution that allows them to ignore decisions by federal courts on issues that could be described as dealing with states’ rights.

“I see the Constitution as being written precisely for one purpose — to restrain the power of government; never to restrain the people,” he said to great applause.

Paul had a full day of events in Seattle, including fundraisers and rallies. Speeches have become rarer in presidential politics. Some candidates come to town with no public appearances, or only for base-building rallies.

The lecture was organized by Seattle University law students. What’s the appeal of Paul to the young supporters?

“Everything,” said Malisa Gurule, a third-year law student who headed the drive to get Paul on campus.

Gurule, 25, said she had never donated to a presidential candidate until she saw Paul in the Republican debates. She’s also never voted in a presidential primary or been involved in a caucus, though she says she will do whatever is needed to help Paul get the GOP nomination.

“He’s the only person saying something different,” she said. “He’s not afraid to attack the status quo.”

U.S. Under UN Law In Health Emergency

U.S. Under UN Law In Health Emergency

Jerome Corsi
WND
August 30, 2007

The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America summit in Canada released a plan that establishes U.N. law along with regulations by the World Trade Organization and World Health Organization as supreme over U.S. law during a pandemic and sets the stage for militarizing the management of continental health emergencies.

The “North American Plan for Avian & Pandemic Influenza” was finalized at the SPP summit last week in Montebello, Quebec.

At the same time, the U.S. Northern Command, or NORTHCOM, has created a webpage dedicated to avian flu and has been running exercises in preparation for the possible use of U.S. military forces in a continental domestic emergency involving avian flu or pandemic influenza.

With virtually no media attention, in 2005 President Bush shifted U.S. policy on avian flu and pandemic influenza, placing the country under international guidelines not specifically determined by domestic agencies.

The policy shift was formalized Sept. 14, 2005, when Bush announced a new International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza to a High-Level Plenary Meeting of the U.N. General Assembly, in New York.

The new International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza was designed to supersede an earlier November 2005 Homeland Security report that called for a U.S. national strategy that would be coordinated by the Departments of Homeland Security, Health and Agriculture.

The 2005 plan, operative until Bush announced the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza, directed the State Department to work with the WHO and U.N., but it does not mention that international health controls are to be considered controlling over relevant U.S. statutes or authorities.

Under the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza, Bush agreed the U.S. would work through the U.N. system influenza coordinator to develop a continental emergency response plan operating through authorities under the WTO, North American Free Trade Agreement and the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization.

WND could find no evidence the Bush administration presented the Influenza Partnership plan to Congress for oversight or approval.

The SPP plan for avian and pandemic influenza announced at the Canadian summit last week embraces the international control principles Bush first announced to the U.N. in his 2005 International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza declaration.

The SPP plan gives primacy for avian and pandemic influenza management to plans developed by the WHO, WTO, U.N. and NAFTA directives – not decisions made by U.S. agencies.

The U.N.-WHO-WTO-NAFTA plan advanced by SPP features a prominent role for the U.N. system influenza coordinator as a central international director in the case of a North American avian flu or pandemic influenza outbreak.

In Sept. 2005, Dr. David Nabarro was appointed the first U.N. system influenza coordinator, a position which also places him as a senior policy adviser to the U.N. director-general.

Nabarro joined the WHO in 1999 and was appointed WHO executive director of sustainable development and health environments in July 2002.

In a Sept. 29, 2005, press conference at the U.N., Nabarro made clear that his job was to prepare for the H5N1 virus, known as the avian flu.

Nabarro fueled the global fear that an epidemic was virtually inevitable.

In response to a question about the 1918-1919 flu pandemic that killed approximately 40 million people worldwide, Nabarro commented, “I am certain there will be another pandemic sometime.”

Nabarro stressed at the press conference that he saw as inevitable a worldwide pandemic influenza coming soon that would kill millions.

He quantified the deaths he expected as follows: “I’m not, at the moment at liberty to give you a prediction on numbers, but I just want to stress, that, let’s say, the range of deaths could be anything from 5 to 150 million.”

In a March 8, 2006, U.N. press conference that was reported on a State Department website, Nabarro predicted an outbreak of the H5N1 virus would “reach the Americas within the next six to 12 months.”

On Feb. 1, 2006, NORTHCOM hosted representatives of more than 40 international, federal and state agencies for “an exercise designed to provoke discussion and determine what governmental actions, including military support, would be necessary in the event of an influenza pandemic in the United States.”

NORTHCOM and other governmental websites document the growing role the Bush administration plans for the U.S. military to be involved in continental domestic emergencies involving health, including avian flu and pandemic influenza.

NORTHCOM participated in a nationwide Joint Chiefs of Staff-directed exercise – code-named Exercise Ardent Sentry 06 – to rehearse cooperation between Department of Defense and local, state and federal agencies, as well as the Canadian government.

A pandemic influenza crisis was one of the four scenarios gamed in Exercise Ardent Sentry 06, involving a scenario of a plague in Mexico reaching across the border into Arizona and New Mexico.

As has been customary in SPP documents and declarations, the Montebello, Canada, announcement of the North American Plan for Avian & Pandemic Influenza acknowledges in passing the sovereignty of the three nations.

The announcement says, “The Plan is not intended to replace existing arrangements or agreements. As such, each country’s laws are to be respected and this Plan is to be subordinate and complementary to domestic response plans, existing arrangements and bilateral or multilateral agreements.”

Still, the SPP plan argues the risk from avian and pandemic influenza was so great to North America that the leaders of the three nations were compelled “to work collectively and with all levels of government, the private sector and among-non-governmental organizations to combat avian and pandemic influenza.”

Moreover, the SPP plan openly acknowledges, “The WHO’s international guidance formed much of the basis for the three countries’ planning for North American preparedness and response.”

WND previously reported NORTHCOM has been established with a command center at Peterson Air Force Base, tasked with using the U.S. military in continental domestic emergency situations.

WND also has reported President Bush signed in May two documents, National Security Presidential Directive-51 and Homeland Security Presidential Directive-20, which give the office of the president extraordinary powers to declare national emergencies and to assume near-dictatorial powers.

Following the Montebello summit last week, the SPP North American Plan for Avian & Pandemic Influenza was published on a made-over SPP homepage redesigned to feature agreements newly reached by trilateral bureaucratic working groups.
