Big Brother Obama Will Indoctrinate Your Kids
Still on Patrol
September 2, 2009
If you’re not more than a little disturbed by this, please go back and read your copy of the Constitution. If you don’t have one, call me and I’ll send you one. Why? Because nowhere in that document, or in its many amendments, will you find that the Federal government has been assigned the responsibility or power over public education. That, my friends, is one of the biggies that is left to the states under their original sovereignty.
Nevertheless, Comrade Obama is planning to beam into our public schools, on September 8, to all grades and all schools that receive public funding, a speech of content that is yet to be determined, but is pretty obvious. There is little doubt in my mind that, his “Town Hall” campaign having gone down in flames, Comrade Obama intends to push his government healthcare agenda by scaring the wits out of our kids, so they will go home and cry, “Mommy, Daddy, why don’t you support the President’s plan?” No doubt he will also try to convince the kids that he, and he alone, is the savior of America, and they need to listen to him about what to do to ensure their future
A study guide has been distributed for teachers’ use, which includes some of the following statements:
* Why is it important that we listen to the President and other elected officials, like the mayor, senators, members of congress, or the governor? Why is what they say important?
* As students listen to the speech, they could think about the following: What is the President trying to tell me? What is the President asking me to do? What new ideas and actions is the President challenging me to think about?
* Students can record important parts of the speech where the President is asking them to do something. Students might think about: What specific job is he asking me to do? Is he asking anything of anyone else? Teachers? Principals? Parents? The American people?
I have heard several people say they are going to pull their children out of school September 8. If sufficient numbers do so, it will jeopardize school funding in the fractional increment represented by that day. On the other hand, I suspect that if schools choose to not run the speech, it could jeopardize some amount of Federal funding – the usual gun to the head approach our Federal government uses.
If this thing is going to happen, it is the responsibility of all Americans to become infinitely aware not only of the content of Comrade Obama’s speech, but of the in-class discussions held in conjunction with the speech. The subjects and content should be discussed with our children, and they must be disabused of any erroneous notions the Comrade dares to push on them. Best of all, our children need a strong lesson on the Constitution, and their duty as a member of a free society to not swallow whole what the government tells them, but to question authority with their minds, their mouths, their pens, and ultimately their money and their vote.
In the meantime, we have less than a 1 day to register our protest at this blatant end-run of state educational authority, and more particularly, parental authority by an Administration that is moving more rapidly toward socialism than any of us could have imagined.

Cop Tasers 11-Year-Old Girl

An Orange County sheriff’s deputy on Thursday shocked an 11-year-old girl with a Taser gun at an elementary school after the girl punched her in the face, authorities said.
The altercation happened during announcements at Moss Park Elementary School, located at 9301 N. Shore Golf Club Blvd. in Orlando, Orange County school officials said.
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, the girl, identified as Thaliamar Jiminez by Local 6 News, pushed another student into oncoming traffic, and the student who was pushed reported the incident to a teacher.
‘I came back from a fag and my baby was gone’ … Mother of child ‘snatched’ by social workers speaks for first time
Daily Mail
March 27, 2008
The young mother whose newborn baby was snatched from her by social workers has spoken of her ordeal for the first time and insisted she is a good mother.
Social services removed the child on January 30 this year but were forced to return him when a High Court Judge later ruled that he had been taken unlawfully because no court order had been sought for his removal.
The baby – known only as K – was returned to his mother – known as G – but within days was again removed and placed in foster care after a judge at Nottingham County Court granted the city council an interim care order.
The council claimed that the mother’s troubled childhood and mental health problems threatened the baby’s welfare.
She had been taken into care herself after running away from home and had in the past taken drugs.
Yesterday, 18-year-old G described her moment when she realised her baby had been taken from her without her knowledge.
Speaking to BBC East Midlands, she said: “I went outside at 4.30am for a fag and stood outside for about half-an-hour. I went back in and K was gone.
“I wondered where he’d gone and who took him. I was shocked.”
She also refuted claims that she suffers from mental health problems.
She said: “I have had two psychiatric reports done for court proceedings that I was under…and they said I had emotional needs, I don’t know where that’s come in as mental health issues.
“It’s unfair, I’m a good mother and it’s also unfair for a father to lose contact with his child.”
Social workers removed the child just two hours after its birth.

Lose weight or we’ll take all six of your children away: Outrage over social workers’ ’draconian’ ultimatum to parents
This is London
March 23, 2008
Six young brothers and sisters face being taken from their parents and put into care because they are overweight.
Social workers have warned they will intervene if three of the youngsters – including a 12-year-old boy who weighs 16 stone – do not shed several pounds in three months.
The parents have been told they risk losing all their children if there is no improvement in the 12-year-old or two of his sisters aged 11 and three – who weigh 12 stone and four stone – by June.
Witnesses: Teen killed by police had his hands up
Accounts dispute Oakland police version of fatal shooting of 15-year-old
Inside Bay Area
March 21, 2008
Witnesses said Thursday that Jose Luis Buenrostro-Gonzalez, 15, had his hands in the air and was unarmed when he was fatally shot by Oakland police Wednesday. “I saw the boy (with his) hands up and saw bullets flying,” said witness Luis, who declined to give his last name for fear of retribution.
When he rounded the corner, Luis said, he saw Buenrostro-Gonzalez facing the police.
“I didn’t see a gun,” he said.
Another witness, Ricardo Pedroza, 17, said that when he was coming to meet Buenrostro-Gonzalez from a block away, he heard an undercover police vehicle screech to a halt and an officer on a loudspeaker warn Buenrostro-Gonzalez to put his hands in the air.
“He had his hands up and they were still shooting him,” Pedroza said.
