8 Men Claim Sexual Encounters With Craig

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Eight men say they either had sex with Sen. Larry Craig or were targets of sexual advances by the Idaho lawmaker at various times during his political career, a newspaper reported.
One of the men is the former escort whose allegations disgraced the Rev. Ted Haggard, former president of the National Association of Evangelicals, the Idaho Statesman reported Sunday.
The newspaper identified four men and reported details of the encounters they say involved Craig. It also reported the accounts of four other men who did not agree to be identified but who described sexual advances or encounters involving the conservative Republican, who opposes same-sex marriage and has a strong record against gay rights.
Craig pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after being accused by an undercover officer of soliciting sex at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport and later called a news conference to deny that he is gay.
The newspaper acknowledged that its report was not based on definitive evidence but said it also found no evidence to disprove the accounts of the four identified men. It said it reviewed the senator’s travel records, which put him where the sex is alleged to have taken place, and did background checks on those making the allegations.
Craig and members of his staff declined to comment to the newspaper.
But in a statement e-mailed to The Associated Press on Sunday, the senator said the newspaper’s report was “completely false” and he accused the paper of careless journalism.
“It is unfortunate that the Idaho Statesman has chosen to continue to lower itself to the standards of what can best be described as tabloid journalism,” Craig said in the statement.
“Despite the fact the Idaho Statesman has decided to pursue its own agenda and print these falsehoods without any facts to back them up, I won’t let this paper’s attempt to malign my name stop me from continuing my work to serve the people of Idaho.”
The report is the Statesman’s latest on allegations about Craig’s sexual background since his June arrest in an airport men’s room sex sting operation was reported in late August.
Statesman Editor Vicki Gowler said the newspaper spent several months checking the backgrounds and details of the men’s stories.
“We believe it’s important for you to know what we’ve learned and to hear the men’s own words,” Gowler said.
Two of the identified men and one of the unidentified men told the newspaper they had sex with Craig.
One of the men identified in the report, Mike Jones, 50, described as a former male escort, was the focus of the sex scandal involving Haggard, the disgraced leader of Colorado’s New Life Church.
Jones said Craig paid him $200 for sex in late 2004 or early 2005. The encounter took place at a studio apartment in downtown Denver, Jones said.
Jones told the Statesman that he did not recognize Craig until his arrest made the news. The newspaper reported that Jones went on the record after Craig appeared in a television news report in August to address the arrest and his future in politics.
Jones has written a book about his experience with Haggard and acknowledged to the Statesman that his allegation about Craig might help sales. A message left for Jones by The Associated Press through his publisher Sunday evening was not immediately returned.
Current phone numbers could not be found for the three other men identified in the Statesman’s report.
Amid pressure from top GOP leaders in Washington, Craig announced his intent to resign from the Senate. He later changed his mind, deciding to finish out his term, which expires in January 2009. He is also appealing in Minnesota courts to have his guilty plea overturned.
The undercover police officer who arrested Craig said the senator moved his foot next to the officer’s foot and tapped it in a way that indicated he wanted sex. He also alleged the senator sent a signal by swiping his hand under the divider between men’s room stalls.
Craig has said the officer misconstrued those motions.

Bush Homosexual Allegations Resurface In New Book
Leola McConnell releases tell-all memoirs

Allegations that George W. Bush performed a homosexual act on current U.S. Ambassador to Poland Victor Ashe in the mid-1980’s have resurfaced in the tell-all memoirs of the woman who first made the claim.
Leola McConnell, former Liberal Democratic Candidate for Governor of Nevada and one time prostitute-for-hire, was met with deafening silence on behalf of the majority of the corporate media last year when she sensationally alleged that Bush and Ashe regularly hired bisexual men for secret sex sessions in the 80’s when Bush was a private citizen.
“In 1984 I watched George W. Bush enthusiastically and expertly perform a homosexual act on another man, one Victor Ashe,” said McConnell.
“Ashe is the current U.S. ambassador to Poland; and he too should come out, like former New Jersey Gov. James McGreevy, and admit to being a gay American.”
“Other homo-erotic acts were also performed by then-private citizen George W. Bush. I know this because I performed one of them on him myself.”
According to Radar Online, in the year since McConnell made the claim, she has been subjected to constant harassment and death threats. An attempt to get her story told in the pages of Larry Flynt’s Hustler Magazine fell through, so she has chosen to self-publish a series of memoirs called Lustful Utterances.
In the books, McConnell (pictured below) also claims to expose a network of clientele that regularly enjoyed her “services”, most of which come from the Evangelical wing of the Republican Party and the Neo-Con crowd.
Bush is a regular attendee at the the all-male Bohemian Grove club, an annual gathering of the elite which takes place at a forest encampment in Monte Rio, California. In 2004, the New York Post reported that homosexual porn stars were being hired by the Grove to “service” the members, supposedly without their knowledge.
However, the Grove is notorious for its homosexual activity and a reporter who worked at the camp during the summer of 2004 and 2005 told us that he was regularly propositioned by men seeking homosexual intercourse.
On June 29 1989, the Washington Times’ Paul M. Rodriguez and George Archibald reported on a Washington D.C. prostitution ring that had intimate connections with the White House allegedly all the way up to President George H.W. Bush. According to the story, male prostitutes had been given access to the White House and the article also cited evidence of “abduction and use of minors for sexual perversion.”
Photos of George W. Bush embracing Jeff Gannon, the gay escort turned fake news reporter, who was allowed unmitigated access to the White House press corps with no background investigation or credentials, were popular at the height of the Gannon/Guckert scandal.

Former Reagan aide: ‘Brownshirt’ Bush among top ‘mass murderers of all time’
Raw Story
August 31, 2007
President Bush’s apparent plans for a preemptive nuclear strike on Iran will only add to the civilian death toll as a result of US intervention that has placed the president “high on the list of mass murders of all time,” a former aide in President Ronald Reagan’s administration known for strident anti-Bush rhetoric said Friday.
“Bush is too self-righteous to see the dark humor in his denunciations of Iran for threatening ‘the security of nations everywhere’ and of the Iraqi resistance for ‘a vision that rejects tolerance, crushes all dissent, and justifies the murder of innocent men, women, and children in the pursuit of political power,'” writes Paul Craig Roberts, a former assistant secretary of the Treasury. “Those are precisely the words that most of the world applies to Bush and his Brownshirt administration.”
Roberts, who has emerged as a fierce critic of Bush’s war policies, accused the president of ignoring habeas corpus and the Geneva Conventions, justifying torture and demonizing critics as anti-American.
“Bush … is responsible, according to Information Clearing House, for over one million deaths of Iraqi civilians, which puts Bush high on the list of mass murderers of all time,” Roberts writes in a column published Friday on antiwar.com. “The vast majority of ‘kills’ by the US military in Iraq and Afghanistan are civilians.”
A report last month found that US and NATO troops killed more Afghan civilians in the first half of this year than the Taliban.
Roberts said the media is too concerned with stories like Sen. Larry Craig’s (R-ID) arrest for allegedly soliciting sex, and Miss Teen South Carolina’s inability to answer a question.
“The war criminal is in the living room, and no official notice is taken of the fact,” Roberts writes. “Lacking US troops with which to invade Iran, the Bush administration has decided to bomb Iran ‘back into the stone age.'”
Roberts cites a recent RAW STORY report that the US is preparing a “massive” military strike against Iran to support his assertions.
“Encouraged by the indifference of both the American media and Christian churches to the massive casualties inflicted on Iraqi civilians, the Bush administration will not be deterred by the prospect of its air attacks inflicting massive casualties on Iranian civilians. … Clearly, turning the Muslim Middle East into a wasteland is the Bush policy,” Roberts writes. “For Bush, civilian casualties are a non-issue. Hegemony uber alles.”
