Pregnant Women Miscarriage After H1N1 Vaccine

MUST READ!
A Surge of Miscarriage Reports From Pregnant Women After Taking Swine Flu Vaccine Hits The Internet – Tell Every Pregnant Woman You Know!

Organic Health Advisor
November 11, 2009

U.S. health authorities have made pregnant women one of the highest priority groups for getting the H1N1 swine flu vaccine, but is it actually safe for pregnant women and their babies? Well, the truth is that miscarriage reports from pregnant women who have taken the H1N1 swine flu vaccine are starting to pour in from all over the nation. Vaccines and pregnancy simply do not mix safely. In fact, the package inserts for the swine flu vaccines actually say that the safety of these vaccines for pregnant women has not been established.

What you are about to read below should shock and anger you. If they are telling us that the swine flu vaccine is not safe for children under 6 months of age, then why in the world would it be safe for pregnant women and their babies? That doesn’t make an ounce of sense, does it?

The following H1N1 swine flu vaccine miscarriage horror stories are from a June 2010 birth club…..

EBWashington:

I am so upset. I was so excited to be pregnant after trying for a year. As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I joined this birth club and I was due June 25th. We have two healthy boys with no history of miscarriage. Everything was going great. Last Monday, I got the H1N1 vaccine thimerosal reduced (mercury reduced for pregnant women). On Tuesday morning, I started cramping and on Wednesday I started bleeding heavily. My hcg was 50 on Wednesday and I was almost 6 weeks along so it was low. They still thought that I might be pregnant but on Friday my hcg was down to 22. I am an emotional wreck. I feel like I had a healthy baby and I caused this by getting the H1N1 vaccine. My doctors pushed it. I researched online and there have been many miscarriages after the H1N1 vaccine but they haven’t been reported since it is hard to say what caused the miscarriages. I hope that I did not cause this. I wish everyone the best.

Tayla08:

I don’t have an answer for you, but a friend of a friend just had a miscarriage 2-3 days after getting the shot. She was 7weeks. She had no previous history of m/c… No one can answer if they’re related…it hasn’t been out long enough and there haven’t been any studies done on pregnant women. I will tell you, that it has made up my mind on getting it…I won’t and I’m not going to get it for my DD either. My daughter and I both had H1N1 last week, and although it truly sucks…I think I’ll take my chances. One doctor will tell you to get it and the next will tell you not too…you have to do what’s in your heart.

90707:

my heart goes out to you as i recently miscarried as well and was due in june. i had a healthy heart beat at 6wks. then at 7.5 wks my son got the h1n1 mist vaccine which has live vaccine in it. the nurse said to be careful b/c it could technically spread if he rubbed his nose and touched a surface etc. the next night i miscarried and 5 days later was diagnosed with h1n1. i work from home, kids are home, hadnt been anywhere during that time. so the chances that it is all related are very high. the flu mist vaccine warns for immunocompromised patients (which includes prego) to stay away from recipients of the flu mist for 21 days.

This next set of H1N1 swine flu vaccine miscarriage horror stories is from an About.com page about miscarriage…..

Jo:

I got the flu vaccine (regular not H1N1) at 8 weeks pregnant. Three days later I miscarried. I am not going to get the H1N1.

Regrets:

I got both vaccines on Thursday. I was 9 weeks pregnant. I miscarried on Sunday. I was told by several doctors to get these vaccines. Now I wish I followed my gut feeling and not get them at ALL!

sad:

i work in a hospital like setting and was told ‘the benefits outweigh the risks” 1am i got the vaccine, 3am i started bleeding and craming, 3pm miscarried. you decide

sue:

I had the H1N1 vaccination and 24 hours later had a miscarriage.

Linda Hill:

My daughter in law was 10 weeks pregnant and had the H1N1 vaccine on Friday that night she miscarried.

SoSorry:

I was so ready to get the H1N1 vaccine last week and they were only giving them to pregnant women. I was 6 weeks along and got it and the next day I started cramping and miscarried. I already had two healthy pregnancies and never miscarried or had any problems. My doctors think I am crazy to think it was the H1N1 but if no one looks into this than other women will not know. I am so sorry that I got it.

Connie:

I also received the H1N1 vaccination on October 22nd, 2009 and went into labor on October 25th, at 16 weeks pregnant and we just heard the heartbeat and everything was fine with my pregnancy on October 16th, 2009, then on October 28th my water broke then on October 29th, I delivered a stillborn baby boy, and no one can tell me why…Everyone wants to say it did not come from the shot but I believe it did. My baby was growing at the correct pace and everyone wants to brush off the vaccination. I say if you have the vaccination and suffer a miscarriage if they are able to perform an autopsy have it done.

I also agree something needs to be done and looked more into with this vaccination because most women are being advised it’s just something that happens, but I also had two healthy children normal pregnancies and when I received this vaccination with my third pregnancy, my baby is gone.

sioux falls, south dakota:

I received the H1N1 vaccine on October 16th and started experiencing cramping on the 22nd. I was nearly 17 weeks pregnant and gave birth to a stillborn baby boy on the 23rd. Like many of the other women here, the first thing I suspected was the H1N1 vaccine. I immediately asked a nurse at the hospital if that would have anything to do with it. Without hesitation, she told me “absolutely not.” I had reservations about getting the vaccine, but followed the advice of my long trusted family doctor. In a follow up appointment with my doctor 3 days after I lost my baby, I asked him if the vaccine would have had any adverse effects on my baby. He also said that it was not possible. I don’t believe that my doctor was necessarily lying to me, he was simply following the accepted practices and opinions of his field. I do, however, believe that as a nation, we are being lied to. This vaccine is NOT safe during pregnancy. There has not been enough testing done to determine this and there are far too many “coincidences” for this to be anything but a result of a vaccine that was hastily pushed into production and distribution in an effort to stop widespread panic. I have read so many stories in defense of the vaccine that will talk about how common miscarriages are, but I would challenge you to ask ANY health care professional how common second trimester miscarriages are. My baby was doing perfect developmentally and I had felt him move earlier that day. My heart goes out to all of you out there who have had to go through the same heartache and loss that I have had in the last couple of weeks. There is no reason that any woman or family should have to go through this. Get the word out to all of the pregnant women that you know. I know that if I had heard that women had been losing their babies shortly after they received the vaccine, I would have followed my gut and not gotten it myself. Maybe then Wyatt would have had a chance at life.

Marina Rossi:

I recently got the H1N1 vaccine and miscarried 3 days later. I thought it could have been the vaccine but didnt ask. After finding this site I believe it was the vaccine. Sorry to everyone else out there who has just experienced a miscarriage.

kathy-sd:

I’m from a town of 2000 in SD, there are several women pregnant and we are all due within a few weeks of each other. Four of us got the H1N1 vaccine 2 weeks ago and one by one each of us started to have preterm contractions. We are all due in Nov and Dec so we are further along than most of the people that lost their babies. There is no way you can tell us that our preterm labor was not caused by the H1N1 vaccine. It may look like a “fluke” to some people when these women are scattered all over the country but we are talking about 4 of us in our small community. My heart goes out to all of you that lost your babies.

ashley:

Im not sure but not only myself, i know someone that withing 4 days of getting the shot we both miscarried, i was only 6 weeks and she was 4 months along, not sure if the shot caused it and cant find any other information but i am a little concerned about this coincidence.

Time Machine:

I got a flu shot in pregnancy, developed incredibly strange symptoms immediately (numb hands, feet and mouth, heart palpitations, sudden weakness in my legs, a bright red face), began bleeding and miscarried by 11 weeks. I had no idea there was mercury in most flu shots but once I found out after the fact, I was assured that I’d had the “mercury free” form. As it turned out, the shot wasn’t completely mercury free and, according to the EPA website, it still had 5,000 times the limit for mercury in drinking water– not to mention a list of other toxins (MSG, formaldehyde, etc.).

I’d had no idea the shots were so dirty. I guess I’d been under the impression they were something like sterile water and a dead virus, that’s it.

The strange symptoms– which I’d been told were “just pregnancy” lasted six months. No one could figure out what was wrong with me, why I couldn’t make stairs, why I felt like I’d been shot with novocaine. I learned later from a book by Jane Hightower that these were all symptoms of mercury exposure. I guess I’m one of those susceptible people. No one in my family is getting the H1N1– no one even gets regular flu shots anymore, we all read labels.

If you are a pregnant mother, please do not take the H1N1 swine flu vaccine. Instead, do everything that you can do to avoid public places and make sure to wash your hands more than you usually would. Take extra large doses of immunity building vitamins and research many of the great natural ways for fighting the flu that are out there on the Internet.

The truth is that if you do take the vaccine and then something happens, you will NOT be able to sue anyone (thanks to Congress). You will have to bear all the responsibility yourself. That doctor who kept pushing and pushing it on you will tell you that it could not have been the vaccine and that you probably would have miscarried anyway.

Do you honestly want to inject a vaccine that may contain mercury, formaldehyde, polysorbate 80 (associated with infertility), triton X100 (a strong detergent), phenoxyethanol (antifreeze) and a whole bunch of other toxic ingredients into your system when you know that your baby will absorb it too and has no defenses against most of these things?

In the very short video posted below, you will see one health expert explain to Sean Hannity that even the swine flu vaccine package insert says that it is safe for pregnant women…

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQwaHxlHJuE

The following video highlights a retraction made by a medical doctor, Dr. Roby Mitchell, after he initially advised a group of nurses to take the H1N1 Swine Flu vaccine. Once he had read the actual package insert which comes with the vaccine and realized that the vaccine makers themselves admit it is untested and may cause a myriad of disorders to include paralysis, neurological damage, possible sterilization and may cause fetal harm in pregnant women (one of the high priority groups targeted to get the vaccine), he retracted his advice so that they would have informed consent. 1

Here are a few screen-shots from the FLUVIRIN package insert:

The reality is that if you are pregnant, you need to hear what both sides have to say before ever subjecting your baby to the swine flu vaccine. You do NOT want to end up like one of the mothers above. Please help us out by sharing this information with as many people as you can. If you know of any additional H1N1 swine flu vaccine miscarriage horror stories please post them below in the comments section.

My pregnant wife and I decided NOT to get any flu shot; she has never had one, and I have had one once nearly 10 years ago in Canada and ended up getting the flu twice that season. I rarely get the flu otherwise. I have been reading upo on all vaccines; it seems in general they are not very safe, especially when they include the adjuvant squalene and the preversative thimeserol (mercury based). Now we have a big choice to make; do we fight for the right NOT to vaccinate our child at all and end up having to home school, or risk the myriad of adverse reactions that can occur when vaccinating an otherwise healthy child?

Comment by Brad Griffeth

Sample Vaccine Exemption Form

We, _________________________, hereby state that we have chosen not to vaccinate our child,_________________ because we are philosophically opposed to the concept of vaccines.

We maintain this is a responsible and ethically justifiable position for the following

reasons:

· vaccination is a medical intervention performed on a healthy child that has the ability to result in injury or death of that child;

· the fact that there can be no guarantee that the deliberate introduction of killed or live microorganisms into the body of a healthy child will not compromise the health or cause the death of that child, either immediately or in the future;

· no predictors have been identified by medical science that can give advance warning that injury or death may occur in any individual child;

· there are no guarantees that the vaccine will indeed protect the child from contracting a disease;

· there is an absence of adequate scientific knowledge regarding the way vaccines singly, or in combination, act in the human body at the cellular and molecular level.

Therefore, we believe that vaccination is a medical procedure that could reasonably be termed as experimental, and potentially harmful to the health of the child, each time it is performed on a healthy child.

Our state law makes provisions for non-vaccination of children whose parents object to vaccines for religious or philosophical reasons. We accept full responsibility for the health of our child, and because of philosophical conviction, do not wish our child vaccinated. In the event of any infectious condition, our child would of course remain at home. We further understand that during the course of an outbreak of any so called “vaccine preventable disease” would occur at your facility, our child is subject to exclusion from your facility for the duration of the outbreak.

The real question is…why does a preservative need to be at all present, if the shots are flying out the door as our “mainstream” media constantly reports? I’m going to attempt to be fair and balanced here (unlike FOX) – I will assert that there’s nothing inherently wrong with the shots themselves, but the thimerosal and/or the adjuvants used as preservatives do pose a problem, and may be the cause of these miscarriages.

Of course, there would have to be a control group of people who are given a pure dosage of vaccine, and await the results. But somehow, I doubt that will happen.

Comment by hANOVER fIST

to hanover fist: your comment about Fox News is uncalled for here. This is about the vaccine. I stand by the fact that Fox news is fair and balanced and the other news channels are not. They are covering up things that should not be hidden from the public and are in cahoots with the white house.

I am not getting the shot and am really concerned for my sister who is pregnant with twins, as well as any pregnant mother and all the children who are having to take this. I am just waiting and praying they will not have adverse affects. I think it is better to take a chance with the flue than these vaccinnes.

Comment by HSFire

while its certainly within your right not to be vaccinated, if you do get the flu itself GO SEE THE DOCTOR, even if you think things are under control. I ended up with the flu while pregnant last year, thought i was doing okay. I was slightly dehydrated (not enough to realize) and went into preterm labor as a result. luckily it was caught in time but after a long and stessful 5 months i gave birth 5 weeks early to a healthy baby girl.

Read the VIS (vaccination information sheets!!! http://www.vaccinesafety.edu/package_inserts.htm

Did the shot administrator in any of the above cases give the patient this? If not why not?! The DR or who ever is administering the shot is supposed to give you the VIS prior to the injecting. If you were – why did you not read? My guess is nobody is being given the VIS as people are being herded like cattle through the centers. The women having these problems NEED to confront the person that administered the shot and demand to know why they were not given the VIS. Always Always read the label and and inserts PRIOR TO taking any drug. If anybody believes the people pushing this and other drugs are not at least partly in it for the $’s you are fooling yourself.

The vaccine recipients should be given the Vaccine Information Statements, which are required by the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 to be given prior to
9
immunization. These materials are available free of charge at the CDC website (www.cdc.gov/vaccines). The Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) toll-free number is 1-800-822-7967. Reporting forms may also be obtained at the VAERS website at http://www.vaers.hhs.gov.

I have known about the swine flu hoax since it first started. I did major research on the virus it self, not through the media, but through science documents, government documents, and other forms of the such. I have even had a co-worker that was diagnosed with it. When he was just entering the second stage I gave him specific instructions to leave his prescribed medication alone and told hm top take magnesium at 400mg, calcium at 1000mg, and zinc at 15mg. HE did this and his cough was gone in less than 36 hours, completely avoiding the second stage. Meaning he was cured. Two others with flu like symptoms did the same thing and was cured between 6 to 36 hours.

If you want to know what I think just from personal observation is one word….Genocide. And it relies on ignorance.

If you do not believe me, then look it up for your self. And I am excluding all of the conspiracy theorists out there.

And the Federales want total control of our healthcare. Are you kidding? This is by design. Ck the “swine flu” info from Ford’s program in 1976. This stuff is lethal.

Comment by robertsgt40

Thanks for the fear-mongering. Anecdotal evidence is worthless. There is no reason to believe that vaccination causes miscarriages. On the other hand, we already know that H1N1 infection in pregnant women is more severe and they are at increased risk of death (compared to non-pregnant) if infected. Believe whatever you want, but the evidence is with the doctors.

By the way, this is a completely different vaccine than the 1976 strain.

I have tremendous sympathy for anyone who has had a miscarriage.

Hey bill your a sheep get back in the herd! what are you doing looking at truth??? ignorance is bliss isnt it?? Just take your vaccine and shut your mouth! You will get what is coming to you, because your masters believe that it is time to cull the herd! On the other hand dont spread lies so that another woman will have to suffer because of these pieces of sh*t! Its not your child that that was lost! 1 more thing, thank your NEWS ORGANIZATIONS FOR FEAR MONGERING not this article…..besides peoples ignorance, they are half to blame!!

While I have all the sympathy in the world for mothers who have gone through a miscarriage, this site is nothing but fear mongering and data mining. Anecdotes aren’t evidence. Correlation and causation are not the same thing. Vaccines have been tested again and again and are one of the most effective and simple preventative measures parents can take to prevent their children from contracting preventable infectious diseases. Please, please do not leave your children and your community’s children vulnerable to these diseases.

Oh, and calling Deirdre Imus a “health expert” is like calling a 5 year old a mechanic because he can pick up a wrench.

I agree whole heartedly and would do the same!

I am sorry for your losses, but the real truth here is that you simply had a routine miscarriage.

These things just happen, the reason there are so many of you posting on this website is because you googled “miscarriage and H1N1” and found this site. If the US had just passed a law requiring all milk to be pasturized and you had the same miscarriage you would have googled “pasturized milk and miscarriage” and we would have the same number of people posting and claiming that pasturized milk caused their miscarriage.

Again, I am sorry for your loss and I know it is natural to search for an answer, but the reality is miscarriages happen all the time, thousands of them every day. Some studies suggest that 25% of pregnancies end up in miscarriage in the first six weeks before many women realize they are pregnant and 8% of pregnancies after 6 weeks end with a miscarriage.

I understand why pregnant woment hesitate to put anything in their bodies durring a pregnancy. I had to really work with my pregnant wife to get her on board. If you are a pregnant woman trying to decide whether or not to get vaccinated PLEASE consider listening to actual health professionals, get vaccinated. If you don’t get vaccinated and you do get H1N1 and your baby (and possibly you) dies when you are 6 months pregnant and you could have done something really easy that would have saved your child, I wonder how you will feel then.

Comment by RyS

There is nothing routine about a second trimester loss. A woman’s likelihood of miscarriage drops to under 5% after a heartbeat is heard. The vaccine website states very clearly that minimal to No testing has been done with this vaccine on expecting women. “I had to really work with my pregnant wife to get her on board” is a horrible comment. It sounds like you’re forcing her into a decision about HER body that she wasnt prepared to make. Its her choice what she puts in her body and if you were a truly supportive husband you would let her make those choices and follow her gut on how to protect her baby.

Comment by you'rewrong

I can’t believe the vaccine is still being pushed here, and we _never_hear about the adverse events, so how can we make an informed opinion.

Thank goodness you let us know about some of these tragic stories.

The flu vaccine was developed before the ‘outbreak’. What does that tell you?

Comment by Janet

I am pregnant with my 3rd child. I had 2 very normal pregnancies until now. i had the H1N1 vaccine when I was almost 6 weeks along. I went to the MD 2 days ago and there was no heartbeat or visible baby as there should have been at 7 weeks. I began to bleed yesterday and have been having some cramping. I do think the vaccine is the problem. I wish I has skipped it!

Comment by kim

this is pretty much exactly what hapened to me when I got my ultrasounds. No growth. and no explanation. I am convinced it was the vaccine

Comment by Amy Kjelstrom

I visited my OB at 8 weeks. They basically scared me into getting the H1N1 vaccine. I NEVER vaccinate myself and I wish I didn’t let them scare me. I started cramping and bleeding within a few days and I miscarried. I don’t know if the vaccine was the cause, but I do think the medical community should give pregnant women all of the facts before these women make a decision that could take their babies away from them forever. I was never shown the insert that comes with the vaccine. If I read that information, I never would have had that vaccine.

Comment by Kith

I got the H1N1 shot when I was 6 weeks and 2 days and the baby died that day. I didn’t find out until over two weeks later, but they told me the baby never grew from that point.

Comment by Stacy

I received the H1n1 vaccine (my first flu vaccine ever) at about 6 weeks pregnant. This was my third pregnancy & I have had two healthy ones prior to it… A few weeks after receiving the vaccine I had an ultrasound that showed that the embryo had stopped growing around that same time I had received the vaccine. Since my HCG levels had not diminished, my doctor put me on progesterone supplements to see if we could get things moving. Didn’t help. Days later at about 730pm I began bleeding so badly, my fiance had to rush me to the ER where I had to spend the night in the most agonizing pain I have ever experienced in my life, and I was rushed to emergency surgery after nearly bleeding to death. Not only did we lose what would have been our precious baby, but my fiance & I were both literally scared to death not knowing if I was gonna make it. This happened on Dec 8th & I have wondered since about the possibility of the vaccine being to blame somehow… Also, my OBGYN (who has been an OB for nearly 40 years) said he had never seen such a case where my HCG levels & all of my OWN body’s hormones were moving along normal, yet the baby just STOPPED developing for no obvious reason. He couldn’t even make sense of this himself. I am glad I finally looked online, yet SHOCKED to see so many other women have experienced this! Now I REALLY feel there is a problem with this vaccine. I would NOT recommend that any pregnant woman get the H1N1 vaccine! It is just not worth the risk!!!

Comment by Amy Kjelstrom

I got the H1N1 shot on Dec. 12 2009 i miscarried on Feb. 9th 2010. I have two healthy kids with no problems or complacations. I should have not got the shot and i would still have my baby.

Comment by Brandi

If you have any real medical knowledge you would realise how rediculous this all sounds.

Don’t get vaccinations. Reduce herd immunity and start suffering from illnesses that have basically been eradicated from developed nations.

Comment by Morons

I received the H1N1 vaccine at 14 weeks, the only reason i broke down and got it was because we were going to Mexico. At 17 weeks I started bleeding and was told not to worry the baby was fine and healthy. At 21 and a half weeks I went into premature labor. I delivered a baby girl who lived for over an hour with underdeveloped lungs. She was strong and healthy and fought like hell. You can’t tell me the vaccine didn”t cause this
